At the Independence Day themed Presidential Council Meeting on June 23, the following was discussed: All about Key Club [History, District Board, Understanding KCI (Division/region/district/international)] Officer Duties Service Partners Summer Service
The question is: Do you have what it takes? The Texas-Oklahoma Board is now searching for Key Clubbers who can make some amazing videos! This new position will be in charge of editing videos for the District and helping to promote District Events, opportunities, service projects, fundraisers, and many other topics. Check List for the Month Plan Summer Service
Consistent service projects throughout the summertime keep members excited about service and Key Club even when school is out Have a Summer Having a summer board/officer meeting during the summer will Board/Officer assist you in planning events for the Meeting new year Plan your service projects, events, fundraisers, and budget for the year. Plan your school Contact your Kiwanis in advance for year any financial assistance you will need throughout the year Kiwanis love to see a smiling face at Visit your their meetings! Going to meetings sponsoring often, especially from all the free Kiwanis time the summer offers, will contribute to knitting bonds between your Key Club and Sponsoring Kiwanis Club. While you’re there, ask them about any service projects that you could assist them with to further your summer service plans

Fall Training Conference A Fall Training Conference is a mandatory training session for all Key Club officers. All general members are invited however, the presence of officers at the event are of the utmost importance. Being trained as an officer is vital to the success & outcome of the club as a whole.
