outh Geelong has come out on top as Greater Geelong’s fastest-growing suburb. The latest Domain data reveals the inner-city location has had the biggest growth in the past 12 months, with house prices rising 32.1 per cent to a median of $521,750. The next highest for annual growth was Portarlington, up 28.9 per cent in the year to September to $490,000, followed by Manifold Heights, which was up 26.8 per cent to $583,050. Beachside Jan Juc experienced an 18 per cent increase to $717,000, while East Geelong rounded out the top five with a median house price increase of 17.9 per cent to $501,250. Domain chief economist Dr Andrew Wilson says, although the region’s median house price dropped marginally in the September quarter, many suburbs are still recording impressive increases. “Barwon Heads remains the Geelong region’s most expensive suburb, with median house prices of $850,000 recorded over the six months ending September,” Andrew says.
“Next in line is Lorne, with a median of $742,500, followed by Jan Juc ($717,000), Aireys Inlet ($680,000) and Torquay ($673,000).” At the other end of the scale, Geelong continues to offer relatively affordable home buying. The most affordable suburb in the six months to September was Norlane, with a median house price of $228,000. Corio was next at $250,000, followed by Whittington ($278,000), Winchelsea ($280,000) and Breakwater ($307,500). Harcourts North Geelong director Joe Grgic says South Geelong’s growth is not surprising given its close proximity to the city centre. “It’s sat under the radar for a long time but it appears the secret’s out,” Joe says. In terms of affordability, he says Norlane and Corio continue to offer great value for money. “Most people forget that in Geelong, everything is within 20 minutes, it’s something we do take for granted,” Joe says. ● SARAH BIESKE property@domain.com.au

ALISON BARCLAY ASKS THE EXPERTS WHERE TO SPEND MONEY WHEN RENOVATIng

ot a house that deserves some loving care or a radical makeover? Some renovations add more value than others – and some are vital to health and safety. We ask the experts what key things they’d spend their money on. Restump it Many pre-1970s houses were built on timber stumps which, if rotting, can cause an uneven floor and damage to walls and plasterwork. If your house is not on a stable footing, fix this first, says Nick De Stefano, senior sales consultant at real estate agency Harcourts in North Geelong. “If you do a new bathroom, for example, the walls will move and the tiles will crack. If you’re renovating to sell, that can cost you a sale,” he says. Warranwood master builder Charles Brincat blames leaky downpipes that allow water to pool under houses for causing some of the worst stump rot he’s seen. “I just jump up and down on the floor to see how springy it is,” he says. “If it bounces, the stumps are probably gone.” Expect to budget $10,000-plus for restumping.

service group Click4trades. “It’s a real grudge repair,” he says. However, it might cost as little as $750 to fix the leak and repaint and replaster the ceiling. Mark says to watch out for stains on the ceiling as early evidence of a leak. “Water is the biggest fear out of all the renovations we do because it causes the most damage,” Mark says. “I’ve seen a ceiling drop on a bed, luckily with no one in it. In one house I worked on, water had leaked into the kitchen and swelled up all the cabinetry, and the floor was destroyed as well. In another house, someone tried to gaffer-tape his bulging ceiling. It didn’t work.”

The kitchen company then designs the new kitchen around that opened-up space,” he says.

follow these simple tips when buying a first house

(ISTOCK)
uying a house for the first time can be daunting and it’s difficult deciding whether to compromise on the must-haves and go with the first house that falls into your price range, or simply continue to rent and wait for “the one” to pop up on the market. To help you through the process of buying your first place, we’ve put together some tips on what to consider, what to expect during the buying process and ways to make your life easier after purchase. ● ELEANOR TABONE
Ask yourself, are you ready to buy? Some first-home buyers make the mistake of thinking that if they’ve got money saved up for a deposit they’re ready to buy. The truth is that there are many costs involved other than the price of the home; they include inspection reports, lenders’ mortgage insurance, solicitors’ costs and stamp duty.
control your imagination. Getting caught up with the aesthetics of a property is a distraction. Rather, consider what the local council is like and what services it offers.
Budgeting is essential and ensures that you don’t splurge on expenses Many first-time buyers find themselves in a difficult situation because they didn’t stick to a budget or because they simply didn’t create one. The best way to avoid overextending is to have a firm grasp on your incoming and outgoing expenses and know exactly where all your money is going.
Look at the suburb as a whole Is there public transport nearby and are there any building development plans near the property?
Consider all aspects of a property Don’t let your emotions get the better of you and
Government grants Take advantage of the first-home buyer’s grant if applicable.
A building inspection highlights any potential problems and building and pest inspections can be used to negotiate price Don’t become victim to structural faults and water and pest damage. Getting a third party to identify any issues before purchase will give you bargaining power with the seller. ●

(EDWINA PICKLES)
o, here I am, getting ready for another race. Getting dressed, or “kitting up” in modern Lycra, is now like applying adhesive material to your body. Professional competition clothing is now very well cut, tightly fitting and so aerodynamic that it needs to be put on and taken off in a certain order. We put our clothing on carefully because our colleagues, competitors and cycling fans will look at what we do and pay attention to what we’re wearing. There are people who take photos of professionals to make sure they are not wearing any brand of clothing that they are not contracted to wear. Observers of cycling are, well, very observant. They notice anything that is out of the ordinary. I have been analysed for many years now, so I know, I have been conditioned. But today is the last day I put a number on. Today is the last time people will be photographing me from every possible angle, the last time observers will be looking at my facial expressions, the last time commentators will be analysing my result. Did I win or lose? Could I have done better? Where did I make mistakes? Today is the last race of my professional career, and like in every other race I’ve competed in over the past 20 years, I want to do everything as well as I can.

TWILIGHT GLAMPING \ LAUREN WILSON & LEE BROWN
Forget roughing it, camping is all about luxury these days writes jessica gabites
in tents glamour experiences elsewhere in Victoria (and across Australia), including Wanderlust Glamping in Ararat and the Grampians and Happy Glamper on the Mornington Peninsula. The experience is inspiring people who might not normally enjoy camping to get back to nature. Twilight Glamping is popular with all sorts of people, from couples looking for a romantic weekend away, to families and groups celebrating a birthday or another special occasion. rom luxury tents with all the trimmings to mini hampers featuring regional produce and local wine – a weekend camping trip along the Great Ocean Road has never been so glamorous. Jan Juc couple Beth and Lee Brown launched their business, Twilight Glamping, in March. In the process, they are transforming the typical camping experience for many holidaymakers who want to enjoy this magical part of the world. Beth says the business idea was inspired by a trip back to their British homeland. “We went back to UK a few years ago for a friend’s wedding and they had this gorgeous woodland wedding with yurts and glamping style cabins,” she says. “I just thought there is nothing like that down here on the Great Ocean Road and there is so much space and so many beautiful spots. I thought, let’s give it a go.” The couple can provide luxurious camping for as few as two people or as many as 100, along the Great Ocean Road, in the Geelong area and on the Bellarine Peninsula. They can arrange glamps in recommended campsites or holidaymakers can choose to glamp on private land or even in their own backyards. It’s part of a growing trend among holidaymakers who are looking to get away and explore the great outdoors, but don’t want to have to forgo life’s little luxuries. Twilight Glamping is the only operator offering this kind of service in the region. Other companies arrange similar glamping

hairdryers and straighteners, and as “chill out” spaces for the big day. “A lot of people are choosing that more relaxed, boho festival, back-to-nature kind of rustic wedding,” Beth says. “There’s also properties where people get married and they have limited accommodation. They may have five or six rooms and then everyone else has to sleep kilometres away, so we can provide a solution for that.” Families who can’t be bothered getting all the equipment together and loading it into the car for a weekend away are also using the service. “It is really nice for them to turn up and the tents are already set up for them,” Beth says. “A lot of people love to get outdoors and experience nature, but they don’t want to rough it. This offers the best of both worlds as it offers luxury, but also provides the opportunity to spend the night outdoors, sleeping under the stars.” Forget about having to pitch a tent in the dark; guests simply need to turn up at one of the Twilight Glamping sites. “Everything is set up before guests arrive,” Beth says of the bell tents, which come furnished with a queen-sized bed or two singles, bedding, linen and towels. “We set up the tent, we put rugs in there. We use foam mattresses with mattress protectors, sheets, duvets, cushions and throws. Towels are included, as well as battery-powered lanterns. They also get magazines, playing cards and extra blankets if it’s cold,” Beth says.
“We also provide heaters if it’s a powered site and it’s a bit chilly.” Glampers can upgrade to the Moonlight Package, which includes cooking equipment, a kitchen box, an Esky with ice-packs, table and chairs, and a mini hamper showcasing local produce and wine. Beth says their most popular glamping spot is the beautiful setting on Cumberland River, near Lorne. “Anglesea beachfront is another good one, especially for families,” she says. “They’ve got some nice little bush campsites there and Lorne is also pretty popular on the foreshore by the river. Barwon Heads is another place people like because you an get right on the beachfront.” For Beth, whose background is in human resources, and Lee, who runs a recruitment business on the coast, Twilight Glamping is much more than just a job. It’s also the chance for this outdoors-loving couple to work outside in spectacular locations and with great people. “We just love the lifestyle down here [along the coast],” Beth says. “There’s a really good sense of community and there are some really nice cafes and restaurants popping up. “It has such a great vibe in summer – buzzing and really busy. In winter it really quietens down and there is no one on the beach and you can rug up and have the whole beach to yourself. We love that contrast.” ● editorial@theweeklyreview.com.au NOVEMBER 17, 2016 \ DOMAIN GEELONG 11

They’ll be our projectors when I build a projector and film museum. I think there’s some very early glass slides of some spots around Geelong and some spots around Altona.” Geelong Museum Association boss Michael Menzies is a bit dismayed at the situation. He’d love to see Geelong with a museum that brought together its fractured and
disappearing heritage collections. He points to strong collections around Geelong but also to the lack of a centralised regional museum space; something he says could fill space in a place such as the soon-to-close Ford factory. Michael is frustrated by the loss of the Geelong Cement Works Retiree’s Museum, high above Fyansford on McCurdy Road. It also housed collections from Fyansford

and the Swanston Street primary school. Michael is also anxious about the whereabouts of material from Geelong’s early automated telephone exchange, International Harvester, phosphate, Henderson Springs, local government, scouts, freezing works, the Geelong Museum – which was torn down in the 1950s – and more. “Our civic leaders can’t seem to realise

the potential economic benefits of a museum,” he says. “The Geelong Museum Association was founded 20 years ago and has pushed for a museum ever since. “Realistically, I suspect we’ll never see one great big building that says Geelong Museum but it would be nice to think we could have a multicampus Geelong museum. “You’d be amazed at the number of people who’d come in if you had even just a little area to say this was one of Geelong’s leading industries 100 years ago.” Michael would love to be able to tell people like David Pollard that Geelong has a museum where Geelong heritage items are

more than welcome. The 1980s, when the Corio Theatre vanished, might not have been a high point for saving Geelong buildings but important buildings had been dropping like flies. The regal colonnaded free library and museum on Moorabool Street succumbed. The interior of heritage-protected woolstores gave way to Bay City Plaza and Westfield. Even strong buildings were declared an imminent public risk and Geelong witnessed a farce when wreckers were unable to knock down Corio Street’s Bow Truss building, where the TAC now stands. Gracious old hotels and banks, an imposing mechanics institute, insurance buildings, an exhibition building, all manner of stores and shops, city verandahs and awnings – all gone. The Corio Theatre, juvenile by comparison
and in the way of progress, never really stood a chance. The long-gone Geelong Free Library and Museum, which stood at the bay end of Moorabool, was pulled down back in the 1950s and its contents scattered to the winds. Efforts by Michael Menzies and his colleagues to get a new museum at St Helens’ Osborne House have been ignored for years. They will presumably continue to be ignored unless someone with vision and enterprise takes up the cudgels. Meanwhile, David Pollard has his own, similar, problems. “I’ve got projectors that can do super 8-millimetre film, 9.5-millimetre, 16-millimetre silent, 16-millimetre optical and 16-millimetre magnetic sound,” he says. “The silent stuff is pre-sound days and when they went to sound you put full basic spool and put soundtrack near the sprocket holes. “If I can get it set up, it’ll be something. I don’t think there’d be anything like it in country Victoria. I want some retired projectionists up here for assistance, there’s got to be few around in Geelong.” ● editorial@theweeklyreview.com.au

NICOLE FROST asks the experts how to create maximum
and coolness in the soil over summer. “Pull all the weeds and put down a thick mulch; it will make your life a lot easier,” Matt says.
impact in the garden with minimum effort
Play with texture in the front yard If you have snagged a classic Australian terrace, don’t feel tied to the standard front lawn with a little bordering hedge, says Matt Leacy, landscaper at Landart Landscapes. Matt, who is also president of the LNA Master Landscapers Association, says, “Removing a lawn and planting the whole thing will reduce your maintenance, and reduce water usage,” Matt says. “It also means not mowing every two weeks in summer.” Layering plants will help make the space look bigger. For a more contemporary feel, Matt suggests mixing varieties of agaves and ornamental grasses to bring in greens, as well as introducing different colours such as silver. “Different forms create interest to keep your eyes looking at different things,” Matt says. If you prefer a traditional look, some deciduous trees don’t use much water. For
Grow your own Make your garden earn its keep. “I always think that if you’re growing something you’re going to eat, you’re more likely to nurture it,” Matt says. “Really easy things to grow are lettuces, baby spinach and rocket.” Tomatoes are also easy to grow (assuming you don’t have possums).
example, an ornamental pear lets in sun during the winter and provides pretty foliage and flowers during warmer months. Concentrate on soft landscaping (and put money into the design) In terms of the best returns for minimum effort, landscape architect and horticulturist Ben Scott says first-time garden owners are better off concentrating on soft landscaping, which includes planting, laying turf and improving the soil, and tasks such as putting in a basic gravel or paved path. Even when doing the garden work yourself, you can hire a landscape designer to work on the initial concept. “Typically half the cost in construction is labour,” Scott says.
A rose by any other name If you’re not a confident gardener, floral plants such as roses might not be the best option. “Those plants are pretty and people love them, but they often require the most amount of care and maintenance.” Ben recommends concentrating on drought-tolerant, high-performing plants,
Take your inspiration from the ocean Matt Leacy suggests looking to the seaside, particularly headlands, to get inspiration for an easy garden. The plants you find there are “very hardy, very low maintenance”. Choose little succulents mixed in with small shrubs or hedges that can be trimmed, such as a carpobrotus (pigface) with purple flowers, teamed with a native such as tea-tree. Get into the garden now. Take advantage of that burst of spring enthusiasm and get out and weed and mulch your garden now; it will help keep moisture

alf of Australian home owners identify the backyard as a vital feature in a new house, according to a new home ownership report from Westpac. But once you’ve snared that much-desired outdoor space, you then have to figure out what to do with it – other than sticking in a barbecue and hoping for the best. grow your green thumbs and steering clear of azaleas, hydrangeas and gardenias – which require a lot of upkeep. On the other hand, plants considered quite high-maintenance, like citrus, can work with the right set-up. The good varieties are fairly easy to grow, Matt says, but to maximise your chances, try popping it in a large pot so that it’s contained but still moveable. Indoor bonus: look past the fiddle-leaf fig Don’t feel left out if you’re restricted to indoor plants, but there’s one trend best avoided if you have black thumbs. “Fiddle-leaf figs aren’t that straightforward,” Matt says. “They need a bit of care and maintenance.” He says something like mother-in-law’s tongue (sansevieria) is better if you don’t have strong sunlight. It’s an upright succulent that needs almost no attention (just watch out for over-watering). ●

Bursting the laundry bubble T
Make your laundry as large as space allows. European laundries are great for apartments and townhouses, but in a family home a utility room that can store everything helps everyone to stay organised. If space is an issue, opt for a front-loading washing machine that can be stacked with the dryer above it. Installing the washer and dryer side by side under a bench is also an efficient use of space. Build washing hampers into the cabinetry This will help achieve a clean and clutter-free look in your laundry. If there is enough space for two (for white or coloured clothing), you will save time on sorting. Keep the look harmonious The design of your laundry should be
on one side of the room will save money during installation and also help to zone the space. Plenty of bench space is a must for folding and sorting clothes, arranging flowers and even wrapping gifts. Consider a built-in ironing board – this will not only save space but will also put an end to wrestling with your ironing board every time you need to use it.
the laundry is often utilitarian instead of luxurious – but it doesn’t have to be that way consistent with the cabinetry and tiles in your bathroom and kitchen, which will create continuity throughout the house. Have some fun with splashback tiles or apply wallpaper to brighten up the space. Don’t make it feel like a chore Creating a laundry that is a pleasure to spend time in is key to getting the chores done. Laundries can attract damp and mould, so have large windows for light, ventilation and a view. If wall space is available, hang artwork. Add simple styling pieces such as greenery, flowers and baskets.

he laundry seems to be the forgotten room in most people’s homes. Let’s face it, washing, drying and folding clothes are among the most boring tasks known to the human race, but they’re things we all have to do. The laundry is a hard-working space that not only contains all the products and appliances for keeping clothes and shoes clean, but also everything to keep your home organised and running efficiently. Whether you are planning a new laundry or updating an existing one, here are some tips for creating a functional, efficient and stylish space.
Think storage The laundry is one room where you can never have too much storage. Linen cupboards for bedding and towels, full-height cupboards for brooms, vacuum cleaners, buckets and mops and overhead cupboards to hide the cleaning products, medicines, shoe-shining kit, light globes and vases should all be included.
Location, location, location If you are building a new laundry, think about its position in the house. Having it beside or attached to the kitchen or butler’s pantry will double your workspace and create a central hub for running the home. If your floor plan allows, include an external door that leads out to the clothesline.
Staying dry A drying cupboard or drying bar is the new must-have. If you have the room, consider a full-height cupboard with ventilation grilles on the doors, hanging racks inside and a heating vent. If space is an issue, mount a towel rail on the underside of your overhead cabinets.
Don’t overlook the details A galley-style laundry is a good choice, with appliances on one side and cabinetry and storage on the other. Having all of the plumbing and electrical requirements
If you have the space … Add a mud room if space permits. This could include a bench seat with drawers underneath and hooks on the wall. ● editorial@theweeklyreview.com.au

Many of Colleen’s swimming groups are made up of kids of varying abilities. Colleen says this integration helps the learning process for all of them. “All of my students achieve great things through the goals we set and the fun we have,” she says. “Kids learn differently, and I teach swimming and water survival skills through visual, verbal and tactile techniques – and play.” Certificate IV qualified in Ability, Colleen loves the friendships that evolve among her students as lessons progress. “All my kids are taught the same skills and procedures, with some special considerations for those who need lessons tailored to the way they best learn. curtain of lush, almost tropical garden screens Vika Bull’s inner Melbourne home from the busy street, transforming a typical inner-city cottage into an oasis. It wasn’t always thus. “When we bought it in 1999 it was a wreck, it was like this big party house and it smelled so bad. I walked in and said, ‘Nah’, and my husband [drummer John Watson] said, ‘Believe me, I can do something with this’, so I said, ‘OK’,” recalls the powerhouse songstress from Rockwiz, whose two stage shows, celebrating Etta James and Marvin Gaye, are returning by popular demand. After adding an extra floor at the rear of the house, John reclaimed the large space in the front roof which is accessed through a false cupboard, like a musical Narnia. It’s where Vika rehearses and learns all her songs. It is a house filled with warm energy, hung with original artworks by the couple’s many creative friends and is a hub for extended family. “It is filled with things that have meaning to us, that we love and make us feel comfortable and happy.” ● SARAH HARRIS sharris@theweeklyreview.com.au

ringing the outdoors indoors creates an innate connection between zones. Our communion with nature contributes to spaces that encourage a sense of well-being and harmony. Haymes’ Consider palette is a “thoughtful”, organic colourway: soft pastels of blue, green and yellow paired with earthy neutrals to add lushness and productivity to workspaces. Colour forecaster Wendy Rennie lists five ways of working with it.
● Choose colours that are soft and fresh to encourage positive feeling;
softer tones add a sense of calm.
● Use objects that look and feel organic, such as fixtures and fittings in
a rustic finish, to add a sense of casualness to a space.
● Include natural materials such as stone, wood and marble to capture
the raw beauty of the outdoors through textures and patterns.
● Plants have an impact on the way a space feels; greenery as opposed
to flowers helps to create a beautiful, fresh feel without detracting from the room.
● Greenery helps to filter the air and give that indoor-outdoor vibe. ●

njoy the serenity of this back garden before the bidding frenzy,’’ Joe Grgic (Harcourts North Geelong) told the 55 people gathered for the auction of 5 Sheridan Court, Hamlyn Heights, on Saturday. Joe was on the money, a quick shout of $450,000 emerging for the four-bedroom brick house on more than 1000 square metres. In a six-way contest, the mark raced to $500,000. It was a game of tactics, some parties raising the ante by $1000 each bid, others going for rises of $2000 or $3000. Eventually Joe brought down the hammer at $521,000. The winners are investors from Melbourne who have long-term plans to move to the property. Hamlyn Heights’ growing popularity is becoming clear. Joe’s colleague, Shane King, sold 15 Forfar Road, just a few blocks away, before the auction campaign was in full swing. Shane said interest for the three-bedroom

weatherboard with views of Corio Bay was so strong that high offers were made soon after the first open-for-inspection. A young couple from Lara, who intend to move to the property, made an offer too good for the vendor to refuse, Shane said. A bit closer to the CBD at 161 Minerva Road, Newtown, Andy Ingham (Buxton Newtown) also found himself in the middle of a bidding frenzy. A crowd of 60 gathered outside the twobedroom weatherboard and Andy barely had time to call for a bid before a man chimed in with $475,000. “That’s very optimistic, sir, but I’ll take that,’’ Andy said. It turned out to be very optimistic indeed, as three other parties made claims for the property. Bids were bouncing around like tennis balls. They reached $570,000 when Andy turned to one of the enthusiastic underbidders and said: “Five-eighty?’’
The bidder was silent. “But that’s how we auction, I say it and you nod,’’ Andy said with mocking self-disbelief. The crowd laughed and bids were soon rolling again. The mark reached $637,000 before the hammer came down in favour of a young couple from Melbourne who plan to relocate. The recent focus on the northern suburbs wasn’t lost on Craig Burns (Burns Archer Realty) at 58 Camellia Crescent, Norlane. Craig reminded the 20 onlookers that the previous night’s television news had run a story about interest in the area and used footage of the property about to be auctioned. Bidding for the four-bedroom weatherboard on a block of 650 square metres kicked off with $180,000 from a young couple. A young man and an older gentleman joined in and by the time Craig brought the hammer down the mark was at $237,000. The latter party, a Melbourne investor, won the day. ●

HOUSE OF THE WEEK NEWTOWN \ 21 RETREAT ROAD

his grand weatherboard has been a proud feature of this leafy street for almost 100 years. But it’s not just any old street – Retreat Road is one of Newtown’s, if not Geelong’s, finest streets and this three-bay gabled Californian bungalow more than holds its own among its prestigious peers in this millionaire’s row. Properties don’t change hands often in this part of town and for good reason; the location puts you within a stroll of the cafes and boutiques that line Pakington Street and just blocks from Kardinia Park, the city centre and within walking distance of the waterfront. This particular address is a prime example of the exclusivity, having been in the same family for 50 years. The vendors are sad to say goodbye to the home, but say the fivebedroom residence needs children running up and down its stairs once more. The block sizes in Retreat Road are as appealing as the setting, with wide street fronts and big front and rear yards. This twostorey house has a manicured garden, established trees – great for climbing – and a rockery that’s as old as the house. There’s a sense of grandeur the minute you step on to the expansive front porch. With a northerly aspect, it’s a fine spot to sit and enjoy a cup of tea and read the papers. Inside, high ceilings and ornate detail impress. The house is packed with period features such as high ceilings, tall skirting boards and ornate cornices. The rooms are all generously sized, none more so than the entrance hall, which makes you want to stand and admire its imposing proportions. There’s potential to update but the floor plan doesn’t need to change. In fact, there’s already an easy flow throughout, with a formal lounge with fireplace at the front of the house opening to a dining room. The kitchen has easy access to the dining room and also has a roomy walk-in pantry and plenty of storage in timber cabinetry. The long hallway opens to a sunroom with a cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows that capture views of the back gardens. It’s flooded with natural light. The indulgent main bedroom is at the front of the house and looks out to the garden. It has a wall of full-height built-in wardrobes as well as an en suite and air-conditioner. There’s a second bedroom further along the hallway, next to the renovated main bathroom with walk-in shower. The third bedroom is at the back of the ground floor and bedrooms four and five are upstairs; the front one of these takes in views to Corio Bay and the You Yangs. The garden has been beautifully maintained. A paved area in the back corner is ideal for summer barbecues and there’s rear lane access to a double garage. This pocket of Newtown is close to the Geelong train station and some of the city’s most prestigious schools. ● SARAH BIESKE property@domain.com.au
