B l o o d S u ga r When our blood sugar levels drop, it can make us feel depressed, tired or irritable. We can minimise this happening by eating smaller portions of food more regularly, rather than one or two large meals.
S tr e s s G u t When we are stressed, our gut often slows down or speeds up, reflecting how we are feeling. A diet high in fibre which includes plenty of wholegrains, fruit and vegetables can help keep the gut healthy.
