Performing SuperBrain Yoga

To perform SuperBrain Yoga, stand with your feet comfortably apart and face forwards. Cross your arms and hold onto the opposite earlobes with the pads of your thumbs and index fingers. Press your tongue into the roof of your mouth as you inhale through the nose, and slowly perform a squat. Hold your breath for a few seconds at the bottom of the squat, then slowly exhale as you stand up again. Repeat approximately 15 times.
