PORTABLE HANDHELD CONTROL PANEL The portable handheld control panel is a highly precise and extremely reliable working, robust tool. Operators can easily control the PEINER radio-controlled single-rope grab by using this handy device, ensuring trouble-free wireless radio communication up to 500m. The highpower accumulators of the radio control allow for continuous duty up to 24 hours. They can be changed easily and quickly without the need for any tools.

FOUR-ROPE ORANGE PEEL GRABS PEINER four-rope orange peel grabs are designed for all four-rope cranes and are a no-compromise alternative to motor waste grabs of the MMG series. The shells have been adapted to the special requirements of waste handling, but can also be used for handling scrap of all kinds in ports, steel mills and recycling plants, depending on the model. The durable, high- performance grab can be operated with mobile harbor cranes, slewing cranes, double jib cranes up to ship unloaders. Shape and design are customized to meet specific client requirements. Equipped with the latest shell design, they show perfect penetration behaviour, achieve an optimal filling volume and close cleanly.

FOUR-ROPE DUAL-SCOOP GRABS PEINER four-rope dual-scoop grabs (above) are a multipurpose grab for various applications; this grab is used in ports and on-board ships for the efficient handling of different goods.

NEW DUAL-SCOOP GRAB IN MODULAR DESIGN The latest innovation of the PEINER SMAG R&D team is the motor trimming grab MTG Generation 2 — an ideal grab for material uptake and cleaning in ash bunkers of waste incinerations plants as well as for the handling of biomass. The redesigned variant of the proven MTG series has a significantly higher closing force. Furthermore it has fewer pivot points than the previous model and is therefore extremely easy to maintain. Thanks to adapted shell shapes, the grab exhibits ideal filling behaviour. The MTG Generation 2 is expandable and can be equipped with sensors and central lubrication. In order to tear up hard and encrusted surfaces and to always achieve an optimal filling level, the grab is equipped with exchangeable teeth.
