Hollis Mead

West-Dorset-based organic dairy farm, Hollis Mead, is on a mission to produce whole-some eco-friendly milk. It’s a family affair with Oliver Hemsley and his family at the helm. 3. Flip the baguette slices and grill for another 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

7. Set aside blackberry mixture to cool.

8. Add 1/2 slice of smoked ham to crostini, top with slice of Montagnolo cheese followed by poached blackberry.
