Christmas is coming... ...and our geese are getting nice and fat. Christmas may seem a little way off, but we’ve been getting well prepared here at Dukeshill and I’d urge you to do the same. It’s not just the geese (one of our standout successes from last year) that are nearly ready; curing is well underway for our Christmas hams and bacon, and of course we have artisan suppliers all across Britain beavering away, producing everything from smoked salmon to shortbread, turkeys to truffles – everything, in short, that you need to make Christmas extra special for you and your family.
