Plan applications in the cool of the day or in the shade
This is critically important on larger walls. In hot and/or windy conditions, the addition of Hot Weather Thinner at the rate of up to 500ml per 15L will assist.
In cold conditions the thicker application and heavy atmosphere requires more time and/or improved air movement to assist drying.
Professional heavy duty roller frame & pole
High build coatings require more precise application of pressure to even out the thicker application.
Mask up
It’s faster in the long run allowing you to focus on moving quickly across the wall wet on wet. Use exterior grade tape.

TIP: Working with a partner so one person applies the coating and the other person lays off, helps to keep the wet edge moving across the wall. When working with a partner use a long nap roller for fast delivery and a shorter nap roller to lay-off for the best finish. 1 3 2 1 4
Finishing (Laying-off) Empty the roller and lay-off in one vertical direction downwards.
