Science & Technology projects can be very technically complex, requiring comprehensive planning and estimating capabilities as well as demonstrated experience in procurement, construction and commissioning. We focus on the unique challenges and opportunities in that laboratories present:
Identification and documentation of new and/or existing laboratory equipment (make, model, etc.). Coordination of all infrastructure required for lab equipment operation, including air, gas, power and waste. Design support regarding spatial layout, MEP distribution and specialty use requirements of equipment. Procurement of new equipment or move management of existing equipment, staging and installation. Commissioning or validation support with start-up and optimization of lab equipment.
