projects start with great owners, owners with a vision,” says featured Architect Brent Kendle.

The owner of this Paradise Valley soft-contemporary estate, met with several architectural firms and quickly realized that Kendle Design Collaborative (a member of Arizona Residential ArchitectsARA) became their choice to carry out their vision. What could have been a stressful experience for them turned into an enjoyable, efficient and succinct process. The result is an astonishing transformation that expanded and embellished their initial vision and leveraged the full potential of the home and its surroundings. Denise Pruitt and Kirsten Johnson, Luxury Realtors with Arizona Best Real Estate had the recent opportunity to sit down with Brent Kendle and the owners to discuss the details of this project. Arizona Best Real Estate: What was your vision for this project? Brent Kendle: Clean modern minimalism meets southwest resortstyle living with rich use of elegant materials, sophisticated detailing, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
