How is the course run?

Education & Careers

Our courses are flexible in nature, delivered in a format called blended learning. You’ll study at your own pace, perhaps in the comfort of your own home for the theory elements of the course. For the practical part, you will attend our dynamic, immersive training days at a centre near you.

When enrolling you will choose your training days, which should be at least 4 weeks away.

This will ensure you have enough time to complete some learning that is required before your first training sessions. Our upcoming training dates can be found after the next page.

Our qualifications are available to study via blended learning, which combines 1st class learning material and distance support with immersive practical training.

How we guide you through your learning journey:

Access scientifically proven learning materials including comprehensive manuals that are yours to keep.

The learning materials can be accessed 24/7. Tutors are available Monday - Friday, 10 am - 6 pm.

Train in state-of-the-art gym facilities during your practical session, under the supervision of actual sport scientists or Personal Trainers.

Sample mock exams are available upon request so that you can practice doing multiple choice tests.

You will receive a support tutor who you can get in touch with at any time, with an expertise in fitness.

You can book 1-to-1 tutorials online or in person to ensure that we are meeting the demands of your learning needs.

If you are just looking at the Gym Instructing qualification, then you only need to attend the first 3 dates in the box.

Becoming a Certified Personal Trainer will ensure you have the skills and knowledge to create successful training plans, which in turn will result in happy clients.

We aim to make the enrollment process as straight forward as possible so that you can get started with your course, qualify and get yourself out there. To get started please give us a call on 0800 677 1175 or contact your course adviser.

There are a few ways in which you can pay for your course:

PAY FOR THE COURSE IN FULL If you have the funds available you can pay for the course in full and receive a 5% discount off the advertised course price.

SPREAD THE PAYMENT UP TO 10 MONTHS WITH 0% INTEREST If you don’t quite have the funds to pay for everything upfront go don’t worry. With our monthly instalment option, you can spread the cost of the course over 10 months – interest free! You will need to pay a minimum deposit of £120 and then you can spread the remaining balance evenly over 10 months.

SECURE YOUR PLACE AND PAY LATER ON Limited spaces on our courses means that they can fill up very quickly. With a £100 deposit you can secure your place on a chosen course and then pay the remaining balance 14 days before you attend the first practical weekend.
