Fuel tank

Made from marine grade, high density polyethylene, corrosionproof. A reserve fuel area is designed right into the tank by means of a partitioned bottom. When gauge registers empty, simply tilt the tank and the reserve fuel supply becomes available.The 22-litre model features a direct reading gauge (when the fuel tank is in vertical position).

Made from polypropylene. Vent cap with built-in filter. The 22 and 30 litres models are equipped with a direct reading gauge, to be used when the tank is positioned horizontally. Can be used as a seat (maximum weight 80 kg).

Accessories for impeller pumps The electromagnetic clutch allows the pump to start up at any time at a push of a button, without being at the pump. Combined with a vacuum switch (particularly recommended for bilge pump application), the clutch will automatically disengage whenever the pump starts priming air, thereby preventing dry running and pump damage. Automatically controlled pumps are available in sizes from 1" to 2 Â˝" connectors, with clutches in 12 or 24 V.

Polypropylene construction : shock and load resistant, impervious to fuel and acetic acid. Notches and lugs hold the hose in position ; in addition, the hose must be secured with stainless steel clamps. Connector is easy to fit, by means of 4 screws outside. When installating the blower, we recommend to place the exhaust louvred ventilator in a reasonably protected area (for example, in the cockpit rather than on the transom), so as to prevent water intrusion into the ventilation circuit. An extra precaution consists in building an elbow in the hose.

It is extremely shock and load resistant, compatible with common sealants and impervious to acetic acids. Made to support a hose along a bulkhead. On the straight model, ventilation is ensured by a louvred opening, which also prevents heavy water intrusions. Quick and easy installation : Drill a Ø 76 mm hole. When raising or lowering the motor, the bracket needs to be tilted to its highest position. This should be taken into consideration when fixing the bracket to the boat, in order to avoid any risk of the engine hood knocking against the boat when the engine is being raised or lowered. Check regularly the motor holding screws. To ensure extra safety for your motor, we recommend the use of a safety cable. In case of damage, the use of this cable prevents the risk of loosing the motor. Whatever the type of motor bracket used, it is imperative that the motor be properly secured to the boat with a safety cable. Navimo declines all responsibility if the motor has not been properly secured to the boat with a safety cable. In the event of the boat being trailored, it is imperative to remove the engine from bracket before starting road transportation.
