EX HIBIT I NFO The EAST COBBER Parade and Festival strives to build a sense of community by by creating a special event and annual tradition for East Cobb County residents. In addition to the entertainment stage, arts & crafts exhibits, and carnival games, the Festival is an excellent venue for local civic groups, churches, synagogues, and other non-profits to raise awareness about their organizations’ contributions to East Cobb County. The EAST COBBER Festival will also provide an opportunity for local businesses to introduce their goods and services to East Cobb residents. Because space is limited, each application for space is subject to approval by the EAST COBBER Festival committee.
Festival Date, Hours & Location: Saturday, September 10, 2011, immediately following Parade Official EAST COBBER Festival Hours: 11 am - 3 pm Exhibit Check-in & Set-up: 8 am - 9:30 am* *Roads will be shut down leading to Festival site for Parade at 9:45am. Fountains of Olde Towne shopping center parking lot 736 Johnson Ferry Road, Marietta 30068
Booth Space:
The EAST COBBER will provide a large carnival tent that will fit over a row of parking spaces. Booth spaces are available in 2 sizes: approximately 8’ x 17’ or 17’ x 17’. This is an outdoor show and electricity is not available. All exhibitors must provide their own display screens, tables, chairs. Food Booths must supply their own tent. You are responsible for set-up and takedown of your booth. The EAST COBBER and Fountains of Olde Towne shopping center will not be responsible for theft or damage to property during the Festival.
Fees, Taxes:
Non-profits receive special discount. No commissions will be collected from sales. All exhibitors are responsible for collecting/remitting Georgia Sales Tax.
