60 Years In The Making Specialising in all facets of building consultancy and with 60 years of international experience, we enjoy positioning at the forefront of our field. Our creative, lively working atmosphere is the perfect setting for our core values of care, collaboration, reputation, influence and courage to flourish. From humble beginnings, working on small commissions out of family homes, ChapmanBDSP has developed greatly in terms of volume of staff, size of projects and variety of clients. Retaining our owner-lead approach, we now employ 150 staff and have established offices in Abu Dhabi, Sao Paulo and Belgrade, as well as our headquarters in the UK. Our focus on the people we work with and for, however, remains a top priority.
Chapman Bathurst move to larger offices in Canterbury. Larger commissions such as Kent County Council and Canterbury Christchurch College.
Chapman Bathurst office opens in London. Office established firstly in Aldersgate Street, then in Long Lane, Smithfield.
