The Age of Feminine Power with Mother Nature

by Bob Fickes The Age of Feminine Power is not dominated by ego — the need to win, or the mind to be right — but orchestrated by the heart to share honest feelings with compassion and love. This is the age of being sensitive to our feelings, not just for ourselves but for everyone around us, and learning to share those feelings openly and honestly instead of doing or saying what is proper or expected from us.

Our ego/mind has distracted us from honestly being in the flow of Nature. When we do what we are “supposed” to do, we don’t feel honest or authentic. We lose our self and live a façade that never gives us power. Whether we are male or female, we must be honest about our feelings and be considerate of those around us and their feelings. We need to express our honest feelings without the need to be right or superior.

Honest feelings need to be communicated with consideration for others: “This is what I feel, but you have the right to feel what you feel and I am willing to accept those feelings without agreeing with you.” We must find a balance inside ourselves if we are going to transform the world around us.

We refer to Nature as Mother Nature for a reason. Mother Nature takes care of all her children equally. The human mind is out of harmony with Nature every time we want to control the result to favor our self. This is a limited perspective that thinks if the world around us does what we want, we will be happy. This is rarely the case. When we get what we want, we are rarely happy and worry that something will happen to take it all away.

If what we do is real and authentic, we don’t need to worry about the outcome. The Universe is our Mother and wants each of her children to be happy. A real Mother never thinks that this child is better than the other children. She wants all her children to be happy and find their own identity and their own happiness and purpose. It is not about being right. It is all about feeling what we want from our heart and expressing what we want in a way that we can all share in the joy of the result.

The New Feminine Age is beyond language and condition. Our life in the future will honor the way things are rather than controlling each other in order to win and be right. When we do that, nobody wins. Independence is an illusion created by our ego/mind wanting to be right. Harmony and peace will come from seeing the reality as it is and going with the insight of our heart to move together in a way in which everyone is happy.

GLOBAL CONSCIOUSNESS The rise of Global Consciousness is a wave of the Universe evolving to a new level of compassion and universal harmony. Consciousness is infinite space. Even space is alive and well!

The presence of Infinite Consciousness has three qualities: • The presence of infinite energy or love/ life force.

• The presence of Universal Intelligence, knowledge of everything in this Universe.

• The presence of infinite bliss combined with infinite love and joy.

Everything in this Universe is connected.

Love is the glue that holds us all together. The wave is our individual momentum and expresses the desire of the Universe through us.

The ocean of the consciousness of this Universe has infinite variety, like the facets of an exquisite diamond of unified life.

April may roar in like a lion, but we can tame that beast with loving kindness, patience and a good sense of humor.

Channel the tarot card Strength or Fortitude, where a woman holds the lion’s jaws gently shut.

Mercury is retrograde the first two weeks of April and squares a difficult SaturnMars conjunction, a pattern that can bring mechanical snafus and serious concerns to process. Engage in deep discussion around questions of the right and wrong use of masculine archetypes, both in our culture and in our own psyche. Transportation and communication will need extra patience and thoughtfulness, so let’s make this time a meditation on attention to the moment and to the consequences of what we say and do.

Retrograde Mercury helps us review our year, which is perfect for finishing up taxes, but don’t wait for the last minute; Mercury appears to stand still as it turns direct on April 15, and all Mercurial things pause.

Through mid-April, Venus forms strong positive aspects to Saturn, Mars, Jupiter and Pluto, stirring the heart and the arts world. The month ends with more social flirtation, and political intensity as Venus enters Gemini Mars conjunct Pluto. Use your willpower carefully.

by Nutrition Julie There’s nothing quite like a plate of spring greens after the long cold winter months! They provide an uplifting energy and a natural detoxification that is in total alignment with the season.

Arugula is one of my favorite greens, with its crisp texture and spicy, slightly bitter, peppery flavor. It’s related to broccoli and cabbage and is a cruciferous veggie that is wonderful raw in pesto and salads. If arugula is too spicy for your palate, feel free to blend it with other spring greens, such as spinach, frisée and radicchio.

Our bodies are designed to naturally detoxify with the seasons, and this recipe contains four essential detoxifiers: greens, beets, lemons and Himalayan Salt. Enjoy!

ROASTED BABY BEET ARUGULA SALAD WITH LEMON FETA VINAIGRETTE 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1/2 cup plus 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 cup crumbled Feta cheese (about 4 ounces) 2 cups roughly torn bite-size pieces French bread 1/4 cup assorted chopped fresh herbs (such as parsley, basil, and rosemary) 1 garlic clove, minced 24 baby beets, trimmed, scrubbed (or 4-6 large cut into eighths after roasting) 10 ounces baby arugula Put lemon juice and vinegar in small bowl and gradually whisk in 1/2 cup oil. Season with Himalayan salt and black pepper. (Dressing can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat remaining 1/3 cup oil in medium ovenproof skillet over medium heat. Add bread pieces; toss to coat. Add herbs and garlic; toss to coat. Sauté until bread is crisp, about 4 minutes. Using slotted spoon, transfer croutons to plate in single layer. Cool.

Add beets to same skillet, tossing to coat with any remaining herbs and oil. Cover skillet with foil and transfer to oven. Roast until beets are tender, about 45 minutes. Cool beets. Peel, if desired and cut in half. After beets are roasted they peel quite easily, but the skins are edible if you choose to leave them on.

In the Esoteric Tradition, every full moon is an opportunity to contact potent spiritual energies streaming into the Earth, particularly at this period in history — the start of the new Age of Aquarius. However, in the Spring of every year, beginning with the first full moon after the Spring Equinox, in the Astrological sign of Aries — the sign of new beginnings — the energies begin to build.

energies that would otherwise bounce off average humanity. Their energetic output provides the stimulus for all people of goodwill to make an extra effort to serve their fellow men and women.

At the time of the next full moon (on April 29) in Taurus, the annual ritual known as the Wesak Festival is played out in a valley in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains. Presided over by both the Buddha (embodying the Wisdom of God) and the Christ (embodying the Love of God) it is the deeply significant event of the year for humanity, no matter of what tradi-

tion. It is a meeting of East and West.

At the narrow, northeast end of the long valley, there is a great flat rock holding a crystal bowl of water. Standing nearby is Maitreya The Christ, the representative of humanity. Arranged behind him are the graded ranks of disciples from the most eminent of the Knowers and holy men, down to the most humble pilgrims. As the time of the full moon approaches, they see a tiny speck in the sky at the narrow mouth of the valley. It slowly grows larger until the seated figure of The Buddha appears and hovers over the bowl of water.

This climactic moment is beautifully described by Josephine Harrison in her article published in Share International magazine entitled, “The Wesak Festival: A Journey to the Center of the Universe.”

This is the supreme moment of spiritual vitalization of humanity as the energies from Shamballa — a great Center on the etheric planes above Mongolia where the Will of God is known — transmitted through the Buddha, are received

by Maitreya as representative of humanity. The water in the crystal bowl is then held up and blessed by Him, as the participants in the ceremony come forward, one at a time, to sip the water. Pilgrims, who find their way to the valley from central Asia, bring their flasks of water to participate in this final blessing. The ceremony ends when the Buddha holds up His right hand in blessing as He slowly recedes and is seen again as a tiny speck in the sky (www. share-international.org/archives/ AgelessWisdom/aw_wesak1.htm).

The next full moon in the sign of Gemini is called the Festival of Humanity, or the Christ Festival. At this time, Maitreya, having received the new vitalizing energies from the Buddha at the Wesak, begins distributing them to humanity all over the world. He continues this distribution at each of the following full moons until the next spring when the festivals again portray humanity’s approach to God, calling for new life (Aries), God responding through the Buddha to Maitreya at the Wesak (Taurus), and Maitreya again distributing the increasingly potent energies at the Festival of Humanity (Gemini).

What did you do before starting these businesses, and what inspired you to create Enchanted Boutique and Enchanted Awakenings?

I spent almost 35 years doing accounting at one level or another for the State of Minnesota for several of its agencies. My life took a total change after my parents passed away in 2010.

My daughter, Jenny Davis, and I started to openly investigate and learn about the paranormal, which was something that we were interested in for some time.

We started to attend paranormal conventions and eventually started to also be vendors at them and psychic fairs. Eventually, the thought kept popping up that carrying around salt lamps that weigh up to 40 pounds each was a bit much, and we should open a store.

I laughed about it, but then I started to really think about how much I hated my current job at the time and needed to get out of there. My daughter, son-in-law and I started looking for a location. Without much money to put into a business and just a small amount of inventory, I knew it was going to be scary and darn hard. On March 10, 2014, I signed a lease for a 325-square-foot space.

On April 25, we opened our doors to the public for the first time. My son-in-law, Chris Davis, was going to help out, because I was still working full time. But, as I told my husband, Tom, if I didn’t get away from that job, I was going to be the next one to have a heart attack. So, I took early retirement on May 1 and have been at the shop ever since.

It was the best thing I could have done. I love my business and the new things and people it has brought into my life.

In 2015, we moved into our current space, which is only 72 feet away from where we started. It had so much more space and the possibilities were endless. Being on the street corner has been incredible for business. Even

with the stress of change and more expenses, with the help and support of some awesome friends and loyal customers we are doing more than I would have imagined four years ago, including expanding last year into more space within our building, moving our classroom there and creating Enchanted Awakenings Event Center.

I tell people that only a few years ago, I would have never imagined doing this or learning the things that I have. It was totally not on my radar before 2012. Now, I can’t imagine my life without it.

What sets your businesses apart from others in the region?

We are one of the only metaphysical shops on our side of the Twin Cities. We cater to a variety of people, not only our area but from all over the state.

We have a large variety of items, not only basic metaphysical supplies, but also gifts, jewelry and so much more. We have a large variety of crystals, which are something I been pulled to since I was a young girl. I just didn’t realize until a few years ago why.

We also try our best to keep our prices reasonable and our products affordable. We have a variety of services and classes available. We try to find items that will be of interest to a variety of people and are always looking to bring in more things to amaze the customers.

But, most importantly, we try to have a warm and inviting energy in the space.

What does a first-time visitor to your business experience?

In the shop, we try to greet each customer as they come in. I continuously hear about how relaxing it feels to customers when they walk in the door. I believe that is because you are greeted, and due to the energy flowing from the crystals located all over the shop, the scent of essential oils in the diffuser, and the scents of candles, herbs and incenses.

The event center also is an inviting place for people. All four elements are represented in the front of the center, and the classroom area features a unique mural created by a friend of mine, Scotty Roberts.

What are your long-term plans for your businesses? What would you like to change to make them even better in the future?

Like every business owner, I would love to see us outgrow the space we have, but I also like the location we have. We also hope to hire more staff.

Enchanted Boutique the word out about the availability of the Enchanted Awakenings Event Center for use by others, not just for the shop’s events and classes. I want people to have a community space for learning and meeting others with the same interests.

We are always looking for ways to meet the needs of our customers by adding more services and class offerings.

What is your favorite story from your experience working in your businesses?

My favorite story is one that happened shortly after we opened. An older man walked in and started talking to me about how great it was to have a metaphysical shop back in White Bear Lake again. He

Enchanted Awakenings Event Center said he was pagan and that the area really needed this shop. We talked most of the afternoon.

It was amazing, because we hadn’t even advertised the shop yet, except on Facebook. We were only just starting to get metaphysical inventory on the shelves.

But this guy already knew what I had in mind for the shop and was making me feel relaxed about the possibilities of doing it in this area. I had not known that Metaphysical Emporium once existed in downtown White Bear Lake, so he educated me on the area.

How has starting these businesses changed you personally?

It has been a wild learning experience —

not only in creating the businesses, but also for myself, too. I did not realize a variety of things about myself until after the shop had opened. One thing that I have learned is that I am not “overly sensitive” as my parents put it, but I am empathic! Once I became aware of that, things from my past started to make more sense to me.

I love what I am doing now, even with the stress of running my own business.

I can do so much more now to help people.

I am now looking at so many things differently, and I am addressing things in my spiritual journey. It also has brought a variety of wonderful people into my life — people who have helped with the changes. a

An Interview with Channel Marilyn Harper

Stopping SelfSabotage & Creating Synchronicities

Channeling was not a part of my belief system. Of course, I kind of pushed against that energy for a few years and tried to figure out what it was all about. I had a walk-in in 1993 and woke up to that fact in 1996. And again, in 2010 everything shifted for me.

Harper, an intuitive coach, spiritual teacher and healer using Reiki and Quantum Touch, returns to the Cities for just the second time since the 1990s, when she underwent her own transformation and was learning how to be a conduit for the Light.

A former Christian church deacon who once thought Shirley MacLaine’s books were sacrilegious, Harper had a walk-in experience similar to those described by author Ruth Montgomery in her book Strangers Among Us, when a soul that has completed its mission on Earth departs the body and is replaced with a more advanced soul that arrives with a new mission, to assist in the spiritual advancement of humanity. To find assistance with that personal transformation, Harper participated in a Walk-ins International conference and became part of the Twin Cities-based Walk-ins for Evolution, led by the late Liz Nelson.

The rest of the story, as they say, is history.

Her spontaneous channeling of Adironnda following an automobile wreck propelled her into the public spotlight as a source of information and training designed to uplift the frequency of all of us during this time of transformation.

Marilyn Harper spoke with The Edge from her home office in Springfield, Mo., about her personal journey and the workshops she will be presenting here this month.

For those who don’t know who you are, how would you describe who you are and what you offer the world?

Marilyn Harper: Well, let’s see. I was born 1 6 W W W. E D G E M A G A Z I N E . N E T

in Kansas, live in Missouri. I’m a spiritual facilitator and channel. I facilitate Plurkshops: Play plus Work equals Plurk.

We facilitate them all over the world. We also travel with Lee Carroll, who channels Kryon, and I have been channeling since 1999 and more intensively since 2010.

Who is Adironnda and what was your first experience with Adironnda?

Good question. Adironnda is a spokesbeing for The Council of Light. Adironnda is from the 17th dimension and has never communicated through a human form before they encountered me. In 1999, they first came in, upon first request when I realized I was not really present in my body. The Universe arranged for me to have someone there present with me who knew and could recognize the fact that I was not present, and knew what to do about it. They knew how to set my conscious self aside and ask, “Who is present?” or “Who is connected?” and Adironnda came in immediately.

Adironnda said they were a messenger from Source energy, the source of all that is, and that they were a spokesbeing for The Council of Light, beings that have been in physical form on this planet, and archangels. They are connecting with the people on Earth because, according to their guidance, the people on the Earth are not getting it quite quickly enough to accommodate the shift of the planet. I am an activator and they are magnifying that activation energy within me in groups. I now meet with groups of 10 to 1,000, and it is pretty significant in the way that they work through me.

When Adironnda came through, they were this loving spirit. Their intention is to help the human species feel what it feels like to be held in total and complete unconditional love. As a result, many times people get a little emotional when they come in.

Before all this happened, I was a deacon

Did you have a conscious intention to channel or was it a total surprise for you?

I did not have a conscious intention to have that happen. Of course, on some level I’m sure I did. I remember writing in my journal and being very conscious about the fact that I raised my hand to volunteer.

I will go anywhere. I will do anything. I will say anything, as long as you can prove to me that you are Source energy or God energy moving through me to help on the planet. The channeling, I believe, was a direct result of that request.

When I woke up in 1996 I spent the next three years discovering who I was, who I am, as a spiritual messenger, as a spiritual teacher, facilitator. I did automatic writing, inspired writing, every day for a year or two.

I had energy work done to clear out the old patterns that the walk-out had brought in. I had taken Reiki I, II, and Reiki Master. I took a few courses because I knew I had spiritual gifts that I was not exploring.

But Adironnda was the biggest surprise of all. When they first came in, I mean it was clear as a bell. They came in and were very clear and they described the 17th dimension, which was fascinating because I had been dreaming about this place for over a year. I thought, “Why do I keep having this same dream of this vegetation and this what looks like a planet?” It wasn’t round, it wasn’t a planet like I would define a planet.

It was fascinating how they described it — and I had been dreaming of it. In the very first two or three transmissions, Adironnda said that I went to the 17th dimension at night while I slept to do healing work.

Now, Tim, this was so far off of what my belief system was like.

What is Adironnda and The Council of Light saying about the present moment transformation taking place on Earth?

They are saying that we are in the middle of a very large shift, and that the indigo and the crystalline children are coming in. That is presenting new energy. The education system must change. The political system must change. Anything that is not in integrity is going to implode upon itself and

come back out anew.

They have stated that the planet, itself, is moving into the 5th dimension. There is a lot of discussion about whether that has actually happened or is happening or if it is even possible for that to happen.

They say that we are there now, and that is why people are searching for their footing, searching for their foundation, because everything has shifted.

The fifth dimension is a dimension of stronger intuitive messages, stronger connection. I believe everyone is a channel and everyone knows how to channel spirit, so one of the classes I teach is to help you open up that avenue. Adironnda says humans are spiritual beings, and we’re moving forward in a sense of seeking the center of our spiritual growth so we can help the Earth transform into a place of hopefully no war, hopefully all people honoring the diversity of all, and begin to connect to the galaxies in the way we were ultimately meant to.

Adironnda says one of the first steps is total forgiveness — as many teachers also say — forgiving everyone of everything.

First of all, yourself. And we are to learn how to come from a place of unconditional love, because most of us were not trained or raised that way. Some people have pushed back a little bit from our messages, saying it is not possible to approach people with unconditional love. But I believe that is why Adironnda is here, so you can feel it, you can sense it, you can receive it. I have seen it in huge groups, and it is just phenomenal.

Let’s talk about your two events that you are going to be presenting in Minnesota on April 21st and 22nd. The first one is a workshop on Stopping Self-Sabotage and Activating Your Awesome Life. Why is this workshop important?

I think it is important because of our old programming, because maybe we weren’t quite as supported growing up as we could have been. That old imprint of not being good enough or not being worthy is really the crux of everything that is blocking you. So, we start there. I share a couple of different exercises that are so simple and so fun, and so powerfully transformative.

What we are actually doing is integrating those parts of ourselves that have been blocking us so we can move forward, and then we start building our intention with our Divine purpose, our mission, and look at our best assets. We have an exercise where we learn about our strongest qualities and our strongest talents through the Akashic Records, as well as in this life right now, and then we build upon that to see what it would be like to create the perfect life that we would ever possibly be living.

That’s how we activate your awesome life, activate the power within you — and then

we have a channeling with Adironnda.

All of my Plurkshops are exactly that, play and work. We go in really deep, but I believe it has to be fun, otherwise I don’t want to do it. A lot of spiritual teachers are very serious and that’s fine and that’s good. I’m really serious about transformation — with fun and transformation with action.

So, stopping self-sabotage helps each participant on a personal level be aware of those self-sabotaging old habits and then help them feel — in their emotional body, their physical body, their mental body and their spiritual body — what it would be like to exist without that imprint, without that self-sabotaging habit. Then we build upon that for the second day, which is all about creating synchronicities — living synchronistically.

Tell us more about your workshop on creating synchronicities.

On the second day, the Sunday, we activate the part of you that lives in that intuitive realm. Many people have a very active intuition, and many people don’t quite trust it.

First, we build trust in your intuitive voice or however your intuition shows up, because it shows up differently for everyone. Some people hear things, some people see things, some people feel things, some people have a knowingness. What we do in creating synchronicities is help you discover within yourself what that feels like. We help you discover within your body what it feels like to receive synchronistic, intuitive messages.

As you know, a synchronicity is when you get a message to go to the grocery store and when you get there, you meet an old friend you haven’t seen in years. That’s a synchronistic moment.

My business partner, Joeaux Robey, and I were were taking a road trip to Edmonton, Canada, and we kept being slowed down by the traffic. It was like, “Why are we being slowed down?” And then we were the first car to come up on an accident. If we would have been there sooner, we might have been in that accident, but as a result we were able to call the police, call the ambulance, and get everybody there on the scene very quickly.

That is a synchronistic moment. If you are living in those synchronistic moments, then everything follows in the Divine order of things.

So, in stopping self-sabotage we help people learn what their Divine essence is, and in creating synchronicity we help them live that essence 24/7 — on their spiritual path, in their regular job, in their regular life with their family. That’s what we do in those two Plurkshops. They are separate, and they are connected. I like them both together, but, of course, that is not possible for everyone.

We have a couple of special guests who will be there, including Soul Tones, activators with about 60 crystal bowls and Tibetan

singing bowls. They will be working with the energy in their way. And, each day we will have channeling with Adironnda. We will have lots of fun and lots of interactivity, and I’m very open to questions.

What is the origin of synchronicity? I’ve always felt that it’s orchestrated on a level beyond our consciousness.

It is orchestrated on a level beyond our consciousness, but when we start recognizing it, as “Ah, this event, this meeting, this interaction was orchestrated by sources other than myself,” then we have a tendency to pay a bit more attention to it than others.

We’re not really creating synchronicities. I think the class probably should be called “Being Aware of Synchronicities and How You Can Utilize That in Your Life,” but, that’s not as good a title.

I believe we all have the free will to choose any path we want, but I also believe that the Universe, or Source, orchestrates certain avenues that set up our own spiritual growth. It was just like how I met my business partner, Joeaux. She was an advertising mogul, a big vice president of a big advertising company in Los Angeles. I was living in Springfield, Mo., selling hotel rooms in group sales, and doing channeling at night — and on the weekends I’d go to any town within a three-or-four-hour driving distance of Branson. On January 1, I quit. I said, “This is too much. I can’t do this.”

I received a download for a workshop, “Healing from the Inside Out,” that I was supposed to do once a month for the next two years, and with my day job I felt it was way too much for me to handle. I told myself, I can’t do all this. I’m either going to sell group hotel rooms or I’m going to channel, but I’m not going to do both. I believe Adironnda stepped in and created the synchronicity of events that caused Joeaux and her husband to encounter the person who met me in 1999 and helped to open up the channel within me. We believe that Adironnda really spoke through her, telling Joeaux, “You need to call Marilyn Harper. You’re not a marketer. You’re a promoter.”

She came to that first workshop that I did, “Healing from the Inside Out,” and everything shifted since then. Joeaux knew what to do about getting the word out for me. A few months later I quit my full-time job, she quit her business and consulting business, and we have been traveling together ever since — all through synchronicity. a

joy and peace can be achieved within your being.

You move beyond the veil through aligning to your heart, which activates the pathway to the flow. This conscious choice action of moving through the veil activates a pathway, linking you into the flow of your Higher Self. By choosing your heart connection, you realign yourself, reaccessing your purpose and clarity of your mission. Remember, through each individual moment you choose reconnection, the pathway is forged. by Christine Day Beloved ones, we greet you. Earth has moved into the third phase of your “New Dawning” awakening. This energetic alignment has occurred since the last shift, which took place at the end of March. At that time, the Sun repositioned itself again, creating a deepening of the sacred resonance on your planet. Within a few moments of the shift there was an enormous dimensional reset on the Earth plane.

Your sacred aspect lies fully intact just beyond the veil, and it does not need to be developed in any way. You are, and have always been, in a perfect state of completion of your Higher Self. This higher consciousness of Self will be beginning to give you insights, and this guidance can only be accessed through the alliance within your heart space.

In Truth, your Higher Self is your guiding light. For each moment you choose to align, you reconnect to your inner guide. You are being called to begin to create moments of reconnections by reaching out consciously to this aspect of Self through realignment to your heart.

The energetic settings that recently have been forming and anchored during this transitional period on your planet have been designed to lift the veils that have kept you locked within the 3rd dimensional illusion on the Earth. These veils, which have kept you in a separated state from experiencing and remembering your Higher Self, have been intact for lifetimes. ance system of Self. An important aspect of your guiding light of Self can be likened to a compass, in that your Higher Self naturally repositions you where you need to be.

This reconnection is you moving you back into the flow of your river of light, your higher consciousness. This flow is designed to carry you, to bathe you, in a flowing current of light. The flow holds your sacred essence of design and you only need to let go, to align to your unique design and flow into your next step.

You can access specific guidance and direction about where you need to be in any one moment through the realignment within your heart. As you take the moments to choose reconnection, you will set in motion a process of metamorphosis within the cells of your body.

MORE FLUID With the energetic reset of your planet, the veils — which are becoming more fluid — are designed to support reconnection within your Higher Self, and through the access of a multidimensional chamber within your heart you can forge this reconnection. This is your time for re-emergence with you, your Higher Self. Remember: you are divinely unique. There is no other energy like you within this Universe. And through your unique divine aspect, you become a gift to the Universe.

You carry an energetic signature within you that is unlike any other. Your imprint is required to complete the sacred mandala that exists within the God consciousness state held within your resident universe.

You are like a shining jewel, a piece of a jigsaw puzzle that fits perfectly within this mandala.

This is your journey, unlike any other.

Through your reconnection within your heart, you are activating a unique pathway.

You will set in motion an aspect of your destiny that will unfold the sacred that you are. You become the divine expression of the Oneness within the collective ocean of light.

This journey cannot be compared to any other, and your journey consists of you gradually, in increments, returning consciously to the living force of your own existence of light consciousness.

Realize that your pathway and process will take a zigzag trail. The ego mind will always be assessing your progress in terms of success. However, this assessment from the ego is never accurate. The ego does not understand the multidimensional depth of the unfolding taking place within the journey itself. The ego is completely orientated to the goal of arriving, rather than the essential and powerful components held within the journey itself. The ego will want you to move away from the inner guidance of the Higher Self, because it fails to understand the Truth of your multidimensional higher path.

Know ahead of time that your journey will never make sense to the ego. The mind cannot relate to nor understand the winding path that, in Truth, is taking you into the perfect expression necessary for your full unfolding and awakening towards Home.

Enlightenment is not about moving into perfection. Rather, it is moving into a place of accepting your human imperfection. You have come into this lifetime with your humanness — to move into the depth of understanding of your humanity.

Enlightenment arises as you move towards embracing your self, opening to moments of holding yourself with self-acceptance of your imperfections — knowing that you will always carry the energy within you of being “perfectly imperfect.”

Through the action of self-acceptance arises self-love, and the separation ends inside of you. The ending of separation, even for one moment, activates and opens the pathway to enlightenment.

The doorway is fully open now. The sun’s rays carry the elements that have created this fluid entry point within your heart’s chamber, creating the link to the pathway home. You are being called, beckoned by your Higher Self, to align to this higher realm connection point. All is ready for you to be received.

The universal teams are waiting to support you in this next transitional phase.

They are here to support the process of “you, birthing you.”

A monumental wave of light is waiting to assist humanity in this next phase of the shift. You are being called to be part of this flow. As you rejoin your heart’s path, you too will become a link, joining this wave of light consciousness. You become part of the flow that will impact the consciousness of humanity. Come take your place among those who have chosen to awaken.

NO MISTAKES There is no possibility of making a mistake on this pathway, or making wrong choices.

All the choices you do make bring you into the perfect learning experience for your human aspect. As you unfold into your Higher Self and operate within the multidimensionality of Self, it is essential that you walk hand-in-hand with your human aspect.

Your role in this lifetime is self-resurrection. This means that you consciously reconnect to your Higher Self, developing your pathway within the vastness of your own heart and simultaneously evolving into a new relationship with your human element.

ENERGETIC PATHWAY We are bringing forth an energetic design held within a series of sacred sounds, especially created to link you quickly within your own heart’s chamber, and move you beyond the veil to your pathway.

This will be a step-by-step process of unfolding for you. This is the plan. This will be a gradual unfolding within you because the design is for a slow and steady development within the higher dimensional folds. This will require you to let go with the conscious breath and trust the vastness of your own heart. THE PROCESS Use this process to develop the pathway from the chamber of your heart: 1. Hold your heart with the palms of both hands. Remember your heart space is the full chest area. Bring your awareness to the warmth or pressure of the hands on your chest, use the conscious breath and let go.

Note: the Conscious breath is in and out of the mouth.

2. To connect deeper within the heart, use the sound, ENTAH. Bring this sound into the heart until you feel an opening. Maybe the energy is expanding, maybe you see, sense or feel light, or heat. Use this sound until the energy or opening is stable; it may be strong, but it is no longer building.

3. Now you are going to open into the chamber of your heart, using the sound, ASTAHN, (pronounced AR STAR NN). Bring the sound into the heart and begin to see, sense or feel a doorway opening within the heart. Move through the doorway. Keep using the sound until you are fully through the doorway into the space of a chamber.

4. Bring your hands to the prayer position, physically connecting to your chest, your heart. Prayer position: the palms of your hands are physically connected. Feel the hands joining. Use the conscious breath and let go into that connection.

5. You are going to now open up your pathway.

This will open within the chamber of your heart. Use the sound, TAHNAE (pronounced TAR NAY). Bring the sound into the chamber and see, sense or feel the pathway open.

6. Bring your awareness to the pathway. Use the sound into the pathway and feel yourself anchoring on the pathway, follow it outwards with your consciousness. Keep using the sound, TAHNAE, which will continue to align you deeper and deeper to your path.

Utilize this process to allow a deeper and deeper alignment to your pathway.

My Personal Retreat: How it changed my Life

by Heidi Namken In June 2017 I created my own personal retreat time.

I reserved a cabin at a local state park and brought along art supplies and books with my intention to unplug.

I chose a cabin that was quite far away from other people, thereby providing me the perfect opportunity to get away from it all and, yet, have the amenities of a cabin, air conditioning and electricity.

The first day I found myself lying in the bed and reading a book for pleasure. It had been so long since I had been able to simply enjoy such moments of staying present that I ended up reading for over two hours. During this time, the sun began to set and light was streaming through the window, causing me to take note of feeling bliss and contentment.

By the second day I found myself getting into the groove of nature. A quietness was slowly overtaking my body and mind. I found my thoughts slowing down, to the point of sometimes having no thoughts at all. I listened to the birds

singing, heard the rustle of the leaves and felt the gentle breeze against my skin.

I created a fire and sat mesmerized, lost in meditation, as the flames danced and played. I took a nap in the summer sun, feeling the heat settle into my bones.

The evening of the second day was the new moon. I gathered the stones and crystals I brought with me and set up a grid on the ground. I wrote out intentions for the new moon and put them under a wolf totem figurine in the center of the grid. I felt a connection with Mother Earth and with the crystals. I had an energetic sense that there was so much more than just this moment in time.

On the morning of the third day, I went outside to check on the crystals. It was as if each of them was speaking to me.

I sensed an enlightenment in each of them, and I too felt energized. I pulled out my art supplies and started creating on a 30 x 60 canvas with acrylic paints. I began painting without an end result in mind.  see RETREAT on p. 22

I simply put the paint where I felt guided. The canvas was too large to complete in one day, so I finished the painting at a later date.

By the third day I found myself so at peace. It was a peace that had been buried so deeply within me that I had forgotten it was even there. I found myself not actively resisting the electrical pulses that are constantly up against me when I am in the city. I merely felt the simple pulse of nature — and the alignment of who I truly am, an energy connected with Source, connected with all that is.

This peace that had awoken in me is something I am able to draw upon when I feel out of sync. It has helped me return to my center, to reconnect to what is.

Healing through Time

by Amy Wilinski They say our ancestors live on through us — not only in our DNA or behaviors, but in the matrix of our luminous energy field. We may see everything from beliefs, diseases and addictions played out in our lives as a result of those who have walked here before us.

Many of us feel a calling to the lands of our ancestors. This primal echoing of our ancestor’s lives, and often their unfinished business, can reach out to those of us who are listening with our hearts.

In 2012, I heard the land of Eire, the Emerald Island of Ireland, calling. There was a pull within my soul to journey there, and as I began tuning into it, the Universe turned up the volume of its signs to make sure I was listening!

During meditation one day I distinctly heard, “Go look up yoga teacher training in Ireland in July.”

It was a very random message, but one I knew that was not to be ignored. As I searched the internet, I quickly came across a yoga website that said James Van Praagh would be teaching a 5-day Mediumship workshop in Ireland in July. I had been wanting to train with James and to visit Ireland, so here was a chance at a two-in-one customized retreat!

Over the next few days, I continued to receive repeated validations in strange and wonderful ways that this trip was meant to be. As I connected in with my angels for further guidance, they informed me that I was to go for the two-week retreat, not just for the workshop. I was to go alone; no friends or family were to accompany me. I was to make no plans before I got there, except for the class. Rather, I was to explore the land of my ancestors before and after the class on my own, each day allowing spirit to guide me where to go. Talk about taking me out of my comfort zone! I had always been a type-A, listmaker type person who would plan and research things for months ahead of time before making any decisions.

As I touched down in Dublin after an overnight intercontinental flight, a part of me was wondering what in the world I was doing there. I had never traveled like this alone, and I was both excited and terrified. As I sat in my rental car staring at the map of Ireland, I was drawn to drive to the opposite side of the country. My hands shook as I pulled out onto the unfamiliar roadway, grinding the gears as I mangled the stick shift and tried to figure out how to drive on the opposite side of the road.

The next two weeks of this personal ancestral retreat were filled with magic, heartache, fears and amazement. Ireland is filled with ancient stone circles and stone cairns dating back 3,500 years. As I walked the paths of my ancestors, I “remembered” ancient ceremonies. I felt standing stones breathing beneath my hands and connected with the lore of the fae/fairy realm of this ancient culture.

On a blustery morning, I stood upon the pier in Malin Head with the wind and waves of the North Atlantic Ocean crashing around me. This pier was

the place from which many Irish people embarked during the time of the great famine as they struck out for the New World. Tears streamed down my face as I felt the fear and sadness of families torn apart from each other and from their homeland. I could feel the pain and excitement of my ancestors who left from this place to a New World, and I felt the healing come full circle.

I think it is a misnomer to believe that a retreat will always be butterflies and peace. The most powerful retreats are often those that give us the opportunity to sink into the stillness of our soul and bring forth that which needs to be looked at and healed.
