USER EXPERIENCE

VIRTUAL EVENTS WITH LIVE STREAMING USER EXPERIENCE

Users will have access to the registration landing page by invitation. It is the gateway to all platforms and is personalized with the client’s brand, agenda, additional materials … etc. We provide a support chat or email for questions or help with registration.

Users will be able to complete their data and email to register for streaming. The user will access with the previously registered email. The registration is 100% customizable and the database belongs to the client.

Grupo Asís can send emails to those registered including the access link and the agenda that can be added to the calendar of their devices with a simple click (Outlook, Google Calendar … Etc.).

Once inside, they will be able to view the streaming on the chosen platform: 3D space, simple web, space with avatar, Webex … According to the added sections, the user will be able to go through the space and explore all the content.

USER EXPERIENCE

VIRTUAL EVENTS WITH LIVE STREAMING SPEAKERS, MODERATORS AND PRESENTERS

Speakers will receive a link with access to the meeting and basic instructions for a successful virtual call. We can use the Platform preferred by the client or the speakers: Zoom, Webex, Google Meet… etc.

A few days before the event, there will be training with the speakers and the people who have to intervene. Microphones and cameras will be adjusted and a simulation of the event will be done. If the appropriate equipment is not available, Grupo Asís may send it to the speakers for their use.

On the day of the event, the speakers will be able to choose to direct the presentation by sharing the screen or have it directed by us with their instructions. The link you will receive for the day of the event will be similar to the one used on the training day.

The questions will be managed by Grupo Asís and will go directly to the speaker or moderator in the chat of the chosen platform: the speakers will only have to worry about their presentation.
