GERMANY

Program:

Classic High School

Classic Exchange Football, beautiful national parks, and vibrant big cities. As an exchange student in Germany you will get a genuine experience of one of Europe’s most exciting countries! The classes in the German high schools are usually quite informal, and students are encouraged participate actively in classroom discussions. Your classes will be in German, but you will get all the help you need from your teachers.

"I went on exchange to Germany for 5 months and I had the most incredible time ever! I am not only now fluent in German, but I feel like I have a second family in Germany, and I know that they will also always be there for me. I also have a lovely group of friends over in Germany, and I’m so thankful that I can also talk to them about anything. I’m so thankful that I was able to have this opportunity and wouldn’t have traded it for a trip to the moon!" – Sonia from Australia

Modern cities such as Munich and Berlin are hubs of technology, but history buffs will also appreciate monuments such as the sombering Holocaust Memorial and the symbolic Brandenburg Gate. For those who love outdoor sports, the Black Forest’s scenic beauty is unsurpassed and the slopes of Bavaria offer some of the best downhill and crosscountry skiing on the continent.
