My Dinh Water Sport Center in Hanoi has been designed to best represent and meet the need of the November 2003 Sotheast Asian games in the most eﬀecient way.. Capable of handling a myriad of sports ac�vi�es and recrea�on for the Hanoi popula�on itself. A public entrance to the south, in the main street, which leads directly from the central stadium; a private entrance for athletes and other par�cipants, situated in the northern part of the building allowing access to changing rooms, showers and other areas subdivided into those for use bare foot or non-bare foot; a large, covered lobby with a glass pass away capable of accommoda�ng spectators, journalists, technicians and all other, various personnel who will then be separated via staircases and li�s to seats, stands, bars, restaurants, shops, media rooms, ect ; an open view, looking out from the lobby balcony, trough all public area and services give the sensa�on to be in nature all the day of the year. The 3 swimming pools have been planned, each able to func�on on its own, irrespec�ve of the others, for games and compe��ons, training and recrea�onal use. All pools can be opened to the green outdoors in warm seasons, thereby crea�ng a great recrea�onal hub for the popula�on Hanoi year round. The complex has an holding capacity of Hanoi year round. The complex has an holding capacity of 5700 spectators simultaneously during games and or other compe��ve ac�vity.
