Traffic: This area has sparse traffic. Intersection between Hoang Hoa Tham Street and Sun Grand city. Traffic is generally clear, with no interruptions. Near public transport stations ( bus station, police station, parks, apartment building - commercial centers… )

private: car, motorbike, pedestrian public: bus, train
Advantages: Nice terrain, convenient traffic, harmonious surrounding environment ( can be combined with green architecture) Disadvantages: The traffic path around the area is a bit narrow. Easy to cause traffic congestion during rush hours.

First, we used basic shapes to create spatial models ( 1 ) . Or sometimes objects available in the house (such as bowls and dishes) ( 2 ) to create different shapes for the building. From there we put it on the computer, working in 3d (3 , 4 ).

4. Material and Architecture Engineering Diagrid structure with core in the centre (left of figure 1) and Construction of core and Diagrid structure (right of figure 1).

Diagrid structure uses nodes to connect with diagonal structures to create structures outside of the building ( 2 ). The nodes need to be calculated carefully to maintain the building (3 , 4). Diagrid structure makes less obstruction of the outside view and allow more natural light.
