Because a home inspection identifies deficiencies with your property, some of which you may not be aware of. Get there first An inspection will give you a better understanding of conditions that may be discovered by the buyer’s inspector. It gives you time to correct conditions before a buyer even has a chance to ask for a concession. Eliminating problems ahead of time, even minor ones, also lets potential buyers focus on what’s right about the property instead of what needs repair. Know exactly what to fix
Inspection reports explain the nature of needed repairs, often with photographs that show the problem.
