Daytime Phone email address (optional) CONTEST RULES: The contest will run 6 weeks, from 4/4/11 through 5/14/11. There will be a piece of a puzzle contained somewhere in the paper in every issue. When assembled, the completed puzzle will be a local landmark. There will be a new puzzle every week. Assemble all six pieces for a chance to be entered in a weekly drawing for a $50 gift card to a restaurant. At the end of six weeks, one Grand Prize winner will be selected from all entries received for each weekly contest. The Grand Prize winner will win two $50 restaurant gift cards. In total, we will award $400 in prizes. To enter: Mail or deliver your entry to the Edwardsville Intelligencer at 117 N. Second St., Edwardsville, IL 62025. Be sure to include your name, address, and daytime phone number. Restrictions: You may enter the drawing each week, as often as you like. However, each entry must include all six pieces of that week’s puzzle. Only the original pieces from the newspaper and e-edition will be accepted; photocopies are not accepted. Employees of the Intelligencer and their family members are not eligible to participate in the contest. Entry Deadline Dates: Drawings for the $50 gift cards will be held at our office, each Thursday at 12:00 p.m. from among the prior week’s puzzle entries. Drawings will be held on: 4/14/11, 4/21/11, 4/28/11, 5/5/11, and 5/12/11. On 5/19/11 the Grand Prize winner name will be drawn. Notification: All gift card winners will be notified by phone following each drawing. Each winner will need to come to the Intelligencer office to claim their prize and to take a picture to be published in the paper.
