Building on the success of three annual conferences in Efma’s portfolio of events, this exciting multi level programme addresses key challenges in the consumer finance, credit and mortgage sectors. This dynamic programme has been designed to stimulate and inform you. The three dedicated conference streams are:

Consumer credit Mortgage lending Credit risk and debt management These interactive formats will provide fresh perspectives for attendees, covering topics that range from new best practices to consumer behaviour scenario planning. The content and presentations have been developed to help financial institutions identify the most promising strategy for segmenting and then owning the consumer. This will enable delegates to engage with the customer rapidly and effectively, even in these challenging and difficult times.

The Consumer credit conference will explore a wide array of issues under three broad headings: • Inventing new value propositions that address new customer priorities.

Radisson Blu Royal. The cost of a single room per night will be 189 euros, 209 euros for a double room, including breakfast and taxes.

Once you have registered and received a confirmation from Efma the next day, a link will be provided to enable you to book your accommodation. The hotel guarantees room availability and price before Saturday 5 May 2012 only. The hotel will automatically bill unoccupied rooms or late cancellations.

Registration The registration fee covers participation in the conference, documents, lunches and coffee breaks. Registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Efma reserves the right to refuse entry to any delegate who has not paid his or her invoice prior to the event. We welcome latebookers, but credit card information must be provided.

Accommodation Each participant must pay the cost of his or her accommodation directly to the hotel before departure. Rooms have been provisionally reserved for the nights of Monday 4 June and Tuesday 5 June 2012 at the hotel

Cancellations All cancellations must be received in writing. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations received on or before Tuesday 22 May 2012. The full fee will be charged for cancellations made after that date, as well as to delegates who are unable to attend on the day, unless a substitute delegate is provided. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
