Branding & Strategic Marketing Profitability and sustainability through customer understanding and innovative marketing strategies This concentration prepares MBA students with the competencies to contribute to the building of successful brands and the planning, evaluation and implementation of innovative marketing strategies that support business growth and sustainability. The concentration will provide a solid foundation in global and local market context for the identification of market opportunities.

Designed for: Business executives interested in developing competencies to be in charge of strategic commercial areas and projects in their organizations, and to identify new market opportunities in local and global markets. Strategic Corporate Finance Strategic investment, financing and risk management for value creation in a global environment The concentration in Strategic Corporate Finance prepares the MBA students to take a proactive role in value creation inside the corporation, developing competencies in financial analysis and in the formulation and assessment of strategic investment, financing and risk management alternatives in highly competitive and uncertain global environment. Designed for: Business executives in charge

of the planning, assessment and implementation of organizational strategies belonging to areas such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Talent Management, Strategic Planning and Finance. Global Operations Management Global competitiveness through a systemic understanding of the supply chain and processes Prepares MBA students to successfully lead manufacturing and service organizations in the competitive global business context. Students will learn market and organizational strategies as well as a systematic understanding of the supply chain and the processes that enhance business value and sustainability. Designed for: Engineers and professionals in related careers working in leadership positions who want to accelerate

their management careers within the operations area.
