The base is design ed to submerge seamlessly f r o m th e g r o u n da s t h ou g h t h a t it is p a r t of the existin g urban arc hitec ture of Jela tek . A s th e ba s e r i s e s h ig h er, t h e floor p la t e metamorphose spirally like the formatio n o f th e whi t e s a i ls o n a sh ip t h a t d isolves in the sky.
