KORNY RYE-SPROUTED Rye is a cereal whose origin dates back to the Iron Age. It is well known for having less demands for heat and soil nutrients than wheat. Rye is a cereal that has been mostly grown in very dry and cold areas. Sprouts are "superfoods" with a high nutritional value, one of the most nutritious dishes that we can add to our diet.
