KORNY SPELT Spelt is an old type of wheat. It was cultivated in Europe 8000 years ago by Egyptians, Celts and Germans. At present, spelt is popular among consumers as a healthier alternative to “white� wheat. Crops are relatively resistant to pests, diseases and bad weather, frequently used in organic agriculture. Korny Spelt is our bestselling softgrain.

KORNY SOFTGRAIN Softgrains have a huge potential hidden in every grain, seed or bean. They are ready to use, just mix them in the dough. INFO: Bread made from Spelt mix (40% spelt flour, 15% spelt wholemeal flour, 8% dried rye sourdough, barley malt flour, dried whey, etc.), with addition of Softgrain Spelt. Original taste, excellent freshness.

PROCEDURE: Put the flax seeds into water (30 minutes in advance) before mixing. Add Softgrain at the beginning of the kneading. Divide 2100 g loaf to the clones and place on a baking sheet, slightly push. After fermentation sprinkle top with salt and seeds.
