KORNY TRIPLET Mixture of three soaked, swollen and steamed grains. Composition of soybeans (67%), flax (26%) and sunflower (6%), brings high protein content. It is 14.6 g per 100 g of mixture. With an energy value of up to 887 kJ per 100 g, you can significantly enrich your bakery products. KORNY TRIPLET is extraordinary with its the high energy value and high protein content.

Method: Add the TRIPLET as soon as the kneading begins. Add cranberries (15%) or raisins (20%) before the end of the kneading. Dough fold to 3 layers, on 8 mm thickness, cut the bars 15x5cm (95 g). After fermentation spread surface with egg melange and sprinkle with sliced almonds or chopped roasted hazelnuts or cinnamon sugar, etc.
