What is life’s greatest luxury?

A native of the Golden Isles, Cindy finds inspiration nurturing her garden with her husband Russell or on a long hike. As a former educator, college professor, and human resources executive, Cindy understands the significance of taking care of the details for her real estate clients, anticipating their needs, and freeing them up to make important decisions in finding their dream homes. As the current owner of The Dodge, the former home of writers Eugenia Price and Joyce Blackburn, Cindy appreciates the details of fine craftsmanship and enduring design. She credits growing up as a second generation builder’s kid with giving her the ability to visualize potential and see the hidden gem in every property.

Len finds the human side of real estate most inspiring as he gets to meet new people and help them by providing guidance and direction, as they navigate their real estate journey. He delights in delving into the history of each home to find that special show-stopping quality that will captivate potential buyers. Growing up as a third-generation realtor on St. Simons Island, many of Luke’s childhood memories include accompanying his mother, Pat Hodnett Cooper, and grandfather, Roy Hodnett, on showings of houses. This instilled in Luke a deep appreciation of exactly what “home” means: not only a space to house one’s treasures but a sacred place for people to come together, where special memories with loved ones, family, and friends are created. Luke finds fulfillment in sharing his knowledge of real estate, the area, and other learnings with potential clients so they too can feel a sense of belonging and become integral members of the local community.
