ABOUT ME I’m Lucy Searle and I live here with my husband David and our children Lola, 19, and Edie, 14, in a three-bedroom terraced house in north London. This is now the ninth bathroom I’ve renovated! MY CHALLENGE Ripping up the carpet and rejigging the layout, all the while sourcing attractive, low-cost items as we were doing up the rest of the house at the same time. MY WISH LIST I wanted to achieve a vintage-style boutique look on a budget. A stylish roll-top bath and plenty of storage that didn’t feel too fitted were also must-haves.
