Elon University is a dynamic private university in North Carolina known for excellent arts and sciences along with outstanding professional programs. Elon has built a national reputation for its active, hands-on style of teaching and learning. Engaged learning programs earn top rankings, with high student participation in the five core Elon Experiences: study abroad, undergraduate research, service, internships and leadership. Elon's approximately 5,000 undergraduate and 700 graduate students study in 60+ undergraduate majors. The university includes Elon College, the College of Arts and Sciences; the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business; the School of Communications; the School of Education; and the School of Law. Master's programs are offered in business administration, interactive media, physician assistant studies and education. Doctoral programs include physical therapy and law.
