EMF delivers worldwide sheep slaughtering plants with capacities from 5 to 500 animals per hour per line. In doing so, our main focus is on quality, reliability and efficiency. At the same time, our slaughtering and conveying installations are manufactured in accordance with all existing guidelines regarding hygiene, food safety and environmental protection.
The hygiene technique is one of the most important functions in the food industry. For this reason, EMF supply on request all the health facilities according to the latest EU hygiene requirements. Sheep restrainer - conveyor Consisting of 2 belts that inter-link creating a “V� to carry the sheep forward to the operator; variable speed drive incl. pneumatic lift table for hanging sheep into the debleeding conveyor. Sheep restrainer conveyor race between holding-pen and restrainer with non-return gates.

De-skin conveyor and brisket roller Sheep are suspended from double stainless steel foot hooks in the hammock position; forequarters are skinned manually in this position. Hydraulic brisket roller integrated in the conveyor.

Combi-pelter. It strips the pelt from the neck, shoulders, back and hind quarters in one operation. Drive with 2 electric motors and pneumatic pelt-clamp. Capacity up to 250 sheep/h; incl. operator stand.

Automatic hydraulic shoulder puller. Machine senses the sheep and then moves forward to clamp the foreleg skin; the puller then swings back while moving sideways with the conveyor; in this way skin is removed from the shoulders. Capacity up to 650 sheep/h.

Automatic hydraulic final puller. Clamping arms that sense the sheep move up automatically, grip and pull the pelt off the hind quarters. Capacity up to 650 sheep/h.

Automatic hock cutter. Equipped with 2 hydraulic cutters with Machine line for sheep dean enclosure for sterilizing. Cutters move in and out by pneumatic pelting with shoulder-puller, final puller and 2 pneumatic cylinder. hand guided pre-pelting punch tools.

Gut pan conveyor For inspection of white organs in pans and red organs on hooks in one system. Installed as carousel type system with sterilizing cabinet for pans and hooks. System provided for lines of lower capacities.

10 Belt – and hook inspection conveyor. For the inspection of white organs on a divided special plastic material belt with sterilizing device and a seperate tubular conveyor for red organs with hooksterilizing-cabinet. System provided for high capacity lines.
Cutting up Cutting installations for coarse and fine cutting. Transportation of the meat on easy-to-clean and hygienic conveyor belts. Conveying of the bones on a separate bone belt. Variable, height-adjustable tables with or without chute in the cutting plate.
