The ‘One Thing’ campaign is all about raising awareness of mental health amongst people of all ages. This book is for those who may have loved ones who are suffering, and is a bit of a guide as to what to say to help encourage possitivity and make a difference in getting better. You can also tear out the pages as and when you wish, to give them to whoever you feel needs them, as a way of reminding them of your support. The idea of ‘One Thing’ ensures that if we all change one thing we do already, try one new thing or even say one thing, we will gradually be able to make more of a difference, offer more help, and overall, reduce the stigma often associated with mental health. The more we know how to help, the better!
