Hey I’m Emma...
I’m a highly creative designer and illustrator, powered by sweet treats and inspired by travel, typography and nature.
Having primarily worked on licenced greetings products and packaging for major retailers as well as creation of visual communication across a range of platforms - I’m very experienced in working on innovative, trend-led designs from inital concept through to final production. I adore working on kids products and have a solid understanding of printing/ artworking processes.
With a strong commercial awareness and a versatile style, I always eager to broaden my creative abilites. I am excited and passionate to tackle any new design challenge that comes my way.
The thing that makes me most happy (besides sunshine and chocolate :)) is creating beautiful and engaging designs that bring smiles and joy!
Licensed greetings
Whist working for Gemma International, I was fortunate to have worked in a busy design studio team creating a large variety of designs, prints and packaging for some much loved childrens brands and licenced products. This has given me a strong knowledge of designing innovative greetings products while adhering to brand guidelines and styleguides. Excellent communication with licensors and my team was key to ensure that projects progressed smoothly through approval stages to production.
Self initiated & innovation projects
In addition to licensed ranges, I also created generic designs and own brand ranges. I was proud to be lead designer for ‘Little Thoughts’ and ‘Thumblebee which were created to fill gaps in the market and were popular with retailers.
I love to illustrate quirky creatures and have a particular partiality for a marsuipal or two!

Although I have predominantly worked on stationery items, I would LOVE to work on projects with other designers and have the opportunity to apply my designs to other product categories.
Since having a small person of my own, I have been inspired to ignite my passion for creating my own illustrations. I adore creating new designs for nursery prints, posters and milestone cards and I love to work on this as much as possible in my spare time.
Etsy - Wall Art
My role as Graphic Designer for job board CV-Library has broadened my skills and experience on working within a corporate environment. I collaborated with the marketing department to create a wide range of artwork which ranged from developing new brand identity to social media posts, event collateral and the company christmas card.
Design & Artwork with a focus on the property sector across both digital and print for Antler Agency.
