Day 10. Discover Your Mood Circuit Let’s start rewiring! This is the most exciting part of this course. You will unlock and update a fightor-flight drive that triggers an unwanted mood. You’ll create a Power Grind In to use in daily life to deactivate the circuit and transform it into a circuit that brings you to Brain State 1. You will target four circuits in this course and use the same process to deactivate each wire and transform it into a circuit that gets you unstuck from stress. Once you are unstuck, the brain’s resiliency drive will take you up and over to your joy.
