During a very successful career as a Registered Nurse (Oncology, Cardiac Intensive Care, and Administration in Nursing and Care Management), Jill became “incurably” disabled with Fibromyalgia in 1998 – “I lived from the bed to the couch in extreme pain, had poor short and long term memory and couldn’t even write a grocery list”. (Heavy Metal Poisoning in five metals was diagnosed several years later.) As my Jill White Reece doctor said, “This illness won’t kill you, but you’ll want to die,” and though he was right initially, Jill didn’t blindly accept this fate and never gave up looking for the ways to decrease her suffering nor stop in the journey of finding true health. Because of this relentless passion, major keys were found along the way, but when introduced to the Nutritional Therapy Association, their philosophy resonated with what she had already found.

Pauline is a certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor, wellness professional and creative entrepreneur who is compelled to unveil the different facets of self healing. With educational and professional background in Finance and Business Management, she has been successful in creating several businesses including Becoming Your Lifestyle Management which serves individuals in their quest to create wholeness using cultural, ancient, and modern practices.

A board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Elise earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of South Florida and her Master of Science in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Meet Prophetess, Author and Wellness Coach Shaquana Armstrong-Dunham. She is the author of The Way I Died and How I’m Living Again, which highlights her journey of losing 200 pounds and being healed from Type 2 diabetes. Shaquana has inspired many people to start and stay on a weight loss journey. She promotes healthy living as well as an advocate for Food Addiction Awareness. She hosts a weekly Shaquana blog and is the facilitator of the Facebook Armstrong-Dunham group Mind, Body, Spirit: Road to Healthy. She hosts a live cooking show each week, to showcase healthy food alternatives. Her writing credits continue as the author of her second book All About the Alternatives, releasing 2018. She is co-author of two soon to be released anthologies, Winning the War on Weight and Queens Move. Shaquana also provides one-on-one Wellness Coaching along with MealPrepVA, healthy Meal Prep classes and delivery services.
