People may walk individually or gather family members, friends, or co-workers to form a team of up to five members. Even dogs can be team members. Everybody Walk Across Pennsylvania was developed with social support and fun built in to help people meet wellness goals. This program assists participants with increasing activity, other aspects of personal wellness, and more fully understanding the benefits of these efforts. This program is not competitive.
