Cari stimati clienti, Here at Enoteca Sileno, our primary focus is to offer traditional and authentic products from like-minded artisans, growers, and manufacturers across Italy. Our extensive range of Christmas confectionery is no exception. In years past, we would look forward to an annual visit with our long-time Italian collaborators, which is sadly not currently possible. Being face-to-face allows us the chance to catch up and absorb everything there is to enjoy about Italy and what our suppliers have to offer. Nonetheless, we continue to be able to offer you the most specialised, finest quality Italian specialties created for the festive season. Regionality, with respect to ingredients, recipes and traditions, is integral to the identity of each of our producers. Many of them are third and fourth generation artisans, proudly carrying forward their family recipes that have been perfected over decades, and which showcase a combination of ingredients that are inextricably linked not only to their region, but sometimes as localised as a particular village. Represented locales in our 2021 Christmas range include Piemonte, Reggio Emilia, Verona, Abruzzo, Lombardia, Sardinia, Toscana, Napoli and Sicilia. Seasonality is also paramount to our ability to offer Christmas confectionery of exceptional quality and products of distinction. Every year our producers source fresh ingredients like nuts, fruits, fresh flour, and high-quality butter on a seasonal schedule. This means our ordering window is narrow, and is usually tied to when the workshops fire up after the Italian summer has ended. Our uncompromising ethos means that we do not collaborate with producers that manufacture Christmas products year-round on an industrial scale. We are confident that your customers—both giver and recipient of any of these Christmas specialties—will derive immense satisfaction from their purchase. In our experience during the festive season, people are eager to create moments of joy and indulgence, particularly over the last couple of years. Luxury Range 2021 For their 2021 luxury range, Flamigni has chosen precious Indian handmade papers with relief flower decoration and logo, elegant metallized leather braids and a pretty floral pick. Flamigni is renowned for premium-quality ingredients, masterful production and beautiful presentation. Their emphasis on slow, manual processes and the use of high-quality Italian fruit, nuts and chocolate make Flamigni’s nougat and panettone among the finest in Italy.

Flamigni’s torrone also showcases how just a few ingredients can become such an enjoyable treat to share with family, or to give as a gift (as is the tradition) to children and friends. Made with almonds from Puglia, hazelnuts from the Langhe, and Bronte pistachios from Sicily, Flamigni’s torrone is 65% nuts mixed with egg whites and Italian honey.
