The Yining wetland park is a thematic project in the north-west of China. In a region clearly characterized by agricultural systems and rural landscape, tourism became the only instrument for preserving the natural heritage. Throughout shaping and modelling the land, new volumes create new interactive landscapes, in which people can find their own dimension in an extended and flat region, as Yining is. Villages are connected with simple paths coming from the land itself, while relax areas became both water depuration system and sighseeing spots.

“A playground to re-position children at the centre of post-emergency relief.“ - this the main idea for building a playground in a refugee camp school in Bar Elias, Lebanon. The first stage of the workshop focused on building the structure of the playground, while the second focused on the playground components and finishing. A direct experience about emergency design, architecture for solving real problems. BAX is a box for car and bar, a steel temporary prototype for tropical latitude. Every platform is designed to park a car. If combined, the platforms can be transformed in belvedere and used for bars, cinema, galleries and others activities. A phone app let you reach your car easily. Bax is flexible, interactive, movable and eco-friendly.

The crack prototype explores the opportunity of the available space despite its complexity and limited size. Through digging, more space is created underground whereas the use of a flexible structure, made of horizontal beams, will avoid the collapse of the core, and add a provisional nature to it: eventually in ten years time the gap could be completely filled.

How to connect an area immediatly out of a strong wall-border system? And what if the same area is blocked from the other side by a river? This project aims to connect the darsena area of Ferrara with an infrastructural system with a strong identity. The three bridges pass through the ancient wall and on the water of Volano river, creating opportunities and new open spaces to characterize more this filter area.

The parasitic strategy applied to this co-housing project aims to connect and base the new intervention on the original structure and interact with it through new vertical connection. The parasite also connects horizontally the four roof plans on top of the single buildings, creating a new path that allows people to walk around and reach the final belvedere at the end of the â&#x20AC;&#x153;snaking parasiteâ&#x20AC;?.
