Veggie Salami Sauté
Prosciutto Basket Egg Bake
3 Bellentani Salami Chubs Tuscan Herb Coated, sliced 1 onion, sliced 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 1/4 cup of gruyere, grated 3 cups chunky-style frozen mixed vegetables
3 tbsp olive oil 1 packet of Bellentani Sliced Prosciutto 1 cup gruyere, grated 12 eggs 4 tbsp thyme, chopped 4 tbsp dill, chopped 1/2 tbsp sea salt 1/2 tbsp black pepper
Step 1 Heat a large deep frying pan over medium-high heat and spray with oil. Cook salami chubs for 5-6 min until browned. Remove and cut into bite-size pieces. Set aside. Step 2 Add the onion to pan and cook for 5 min until onion is soft. Add garlic and return sausages to pan and simmer over a medium-low heat for 10 min. Step 3 Add vegetables and cook for a further 10 min. Top with grated gruyere.
Step 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin pan with olive oil. Lay 1 slice of Prosciutto in each muffin cup, making sure bottom and sides and fully covered. Step 2 Spoon 2 tbsp of cheese over each prosciutto slice. Crack 1 egg into each cup. Sprinkle, salt, pepper, thyme and dill over each egg. Step 3 Bake 15-20 minutes or until eggs are not runny.
