Hearing the cheese sizzle and melt on your burger patty is almost as satisfying as when the sound of fireworks invoices the night sky. The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, Inc., dba Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, is a non-profit organization funded entirely by Wisconsin's dairy farm families. The organization has been created to increase the sale and consumption of Wisconsin milk and dairy products. In 1983, Wisconsin dairy farmers voted to establish a milk marketing order.
