The 2019 awards were announced at the Good Food Awards ceremony held in San Francisco, California on January 11, 2019. MountainTop is one of FireFly Farms' original aged cheeses, launched first in 2002. MountainTop takes its shape from pyramid-shaped Valancay molds. It is a surface-ripened cheese with blue and white molds. The blue mold gives the delicate piquancy of a young blue cheese, and the white mold imparts a silky creaminess. round. We've got your playbook for three appetizing alternatives to some of your favorite game day grub. Upgrade the traditional spreads and potato skins with these easy recipes that add an awesome zing to any platter. So bring on the food and hoops, tune in March 19th through April 8th to see which teams will make it to the final four and who will inevitably be the last team standing. In the bowl of a food processor or blender, combine the tahini, lemon juice, and olive oil. Pulse to combine. Add the chickpeas, garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, three tablespoons of Dalmatia red pepper spread and salt. With the machine running, slowly add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the hummus is creamy and smooth.
1/4 cup Mexican style chorizo 1 7-ounce package Kindred Creamery® Ghost Pepper Colby Jack Cheese, shredded 1/2 cup silver tequila Tortilla chips
Taste and adjust seasonings. Spread the hummus in a shallow dish or bowl, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and top with red pepper spread, olives and feta.
Place chorizo (link casings removed, if necessary) in small pan or fondue pot over medium heat. Cook chorizo thoroughly; slowly add Kindred Creamery® Ghost Pepper Colby Jack cheese, stirring constantly. When cheese is completely melted, pour tequila over chorizo-cheese mixture. Carefully light match to ignite tequila; allow flames to burn off. Stir. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.

Preheat oven to 475°. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out center of potato leaving a 1/4-in shell.

Researchers from the University of Bristol have discovered Neolithic pots on the island that had traces of ancient dairy fats that goes back to almost 4,000 BC. KNOCKANORE Irish Farmhouse Cheese Knockanore Oakwood Smoked Mature Cheddar starts its life the same way as Knockanore Irish Farmhouse White Cheddar, which is made using raw milk on their farm in Ballyneety, Co. Waterford. All of the milk used comes from their pedigree herd of Friesian cows that graze on the lush rolling hills of the countryside. Both are made using traditional cheddaring techniques which involve stacking the cheese curds on top of one another to produce a firm but slightly open textured cheese.
