There will also be hits from A Hard Days Night, Magical Mystery Tour, Yellow Submarine & Let It Be. RESTORATION LEVY As the Epstein Theatre we pride ourselves on our prestigious venue and constantly aim to enhance audience experience. We aim to deliver a high level of service and want to restore and improve Liverpool’s hidden gem of a theatre. As a non-funded organisation a restoration levy is now in place to enable us to carry out the continuous work needed on our 102 year old space. The charge of 50p per ticket, has been implemented to protect the theatre’s future. Orginally opened as Cranes Music Hall in 1913, later renamed Cranes Theatre before becoming the popular Neptune Theatre in 1967, open until 2005. After undergoing a £1million refurbishment in 2011 The Epstein Theatre, in honour of former Beatles Manager Brian Epstein, the theatre is now one of Liverpool’s favourite venue, right in the heart of the City Centre. 2013 saw the theatre celebrate its centenary birthday, as we look forward to the next 100 years we want to maintain the exceptional features you have come to love from the theatre in the sky! THEATRE INFORMATION ACCESSIBILITY For wheelchair access, customers have access to Hanover House lift situated on School Lane which will give access to the theatre, Bar & Foyer. Ramps are also in place for access to theatre seats. Guide Dogs for the visually impaired are permitted and the theatre also has an infer-red T loop system for hearing impaired.
