3D design Offline job preparation and transfer of CNC program to machine.

Unload Remove printed parts (on pallets) for heat treatment or post processing from master plate. 07
Postprocess Measure, mill, grind, drill parts until all specs are met.

Setup Master plate and pallets (workpiece carriers) are prepared outside the machine and loaded on demand. 05
Printing Main process creates workpieces onto the pallets.

Stress release Place parts on pallets into the oven.

Re-locate Return pallets precisely to master plate or to individual EROWA pallet (as e.g. ITS 72 holder).

Separate Remove finished part from pallet by cutting base on WEDM.
Prepare Grind and clean surface of pallets for next job.
