The stocks are made from premium bones, trimmings and seafood raw materials from EU sources.
The stocks – available as pastes and spray-dried powders – originate from pork, beef, chicken, lamb or different kinds of seafood, whereas our specialty fats stem from pork, beef, chicken or lamb.
The entire range is free from additives and can go directly into your application as a clean label ingredient.

All ProBase™ fish products are available from MSC-certified fisheries. MSC – The Marine Stewardship Council is an international non-profit organization. They recognize and reward efforts to protect oceans and safeguard seafood supplies for the future.
Our specialty fats give excellent depth and body to a wide variety of savory products
Tailor-made products from different fats can be either fractioned or deodorized or both. When making a fraction of the basic fat we are able to increase the scale of the melting point. When deodorizing the fat we remove flavor compounds, this can be done to get a partly or fully neutral product.
Furthermore, we can control the SFC (solid fat content). SFC determines when e.g., 70 % of the fat is melted at 20-30°C. Pork fat and beef fat can be combined in any way to tailor-make specific products, to meet customer requirements.
