ScanPro™ FCP 90 Chicken-based functional protein solution for poultry applications
Multi-functional clean label ingredient ScanPro™ FCP 90 is a premium protein ingredient used for increasing yield and providing a nice firm texture. It is either used for injection of poultry cuts, or it can be mixed directly into processed poultry meat. It provides meats with improved density and reduces purge to maintain moisture, thus enhancing the appearance of the end product.
Typical applications
This ingredient is capable of binding 1:15 parts of water, and can be used to elevate all poultry applications.
