The Game Changer has arrived Blessed Homes @ Coffee Table (Registered format and concept) held at Mahindra Satyam Infocity campus on 27th and 28th February 2013 was a huge success. Participants rated this and called it as a "GAME CHANGER" wherein 15 reputed builders took part and got more than expected results. This is a one to one connect programme and redeemed every rupee paid by the builder, as we believe in “value deliveries”. The management of Mahindra Satyam was pleased to conduct the sessions of "Blessed Homes @ Coffee Table" for two days at their premises organized by A. Z. Amstar Media Pvt. Ltd. to present affordable housing in the most professional manner to the direct target of the associates present in the campus with a workforce of about 9450 associates on the roles. The campus has three building facilities, namely Mahindra Infocity, Mahindra HIC SEZ and MSLW. Mahindra Infocity has an associates (employee) force of 4000 No.s, Mahindra HIC SEZ has an associate force of 5000 No.s and MSLW has an associate force of 450 No.s. Amstar Media has driven the event by communicating and connecting with the associates of Mahindra Satyam by presenting the event announcement standees in their recreational areas and distribution of fliers a day earlier to the event. The weekly News Paper "Realty Talks" is also distributed to the associates visiting the events to provide the in depth details of all the participants of the Coffee Table. The participating builders are: Aparna Constructions, Modi Builders, Prajay Engineers, Koncept Ambience, Sunway Opus, Theme Ambience, BRC Infra, Fortune Infra, Suchir India, Green Earth Infra, S&S Green Projects, Perfect pincode, Jain Housing, Namaha Estates and AXIS Bank. Each participant's name and logo is presented in the standees, fliers and other media advertisement. News Coverage of the participants in the tabloid "Realty Talks" helped the associates in understanding about the profile of the participating builders and their ventures. Coffee mugs having the participants' names and logos were presented on the day of the event along with some surprise gifts to the associates visiting the event. There is a great response from the gathering that attended the event and clarified the doubts in owning their dream home. Most of the visitors showed their interest towards affordable houses in the price bracket of rupees 30-80 Lakh, while some visitors are keen to invest in villas and open plots. The young home buyers are surprised to know their home loan eligibility of more than 80% from the Axis bank representatives. Almost all the visitors are happy to find the projects at diverse locations which include Gachibowli, Miyapur, Kompally, Kukatpally, Kondapur, Bachupally, Shamirpet, Shamshabad, Shadnagar, Nallagandla etc. To continue the success story of this unique new concept, Amstar Media is further organizing the Coffee Table sessions at corporate spaces that include Birla Soft, Q city campuses etc. Next sessions of "Coffee Table" is at the th campus of Birla Soft, Madhapur, Hyderabad on 6 March 2013 and at "Q City IT Park”, Nanakramguda village, th Serilingampally, Mandal, Hyderabad on 7 March 2013.
