During my studies, I decided to progress all the way up to degree level. The tutors were really supportive and very helpful, and I got into a routine of managing my time so that I could work and study. Working in practice in a primary school made my studies easier, as I understood important legislations and frameworks, which I could then implement and embed into my assignments.

After successfully completing the BA (Hons) Education and Training, Richard is now an assessor at Stockton Riverside College. He is enjoying his new role and is looking forward to progressing further in his career by completing additional training and professional development in the future!
