Looking at the screen from a short distance for a long time can lead to eyesight loss. To avoid this situation, we have to give breaks to our important eyes. Let us do these things that are essential for our mental and health ;

20-20-20 rule: This exercise can help to rest your eyes during classes and when you are busy with your online games. Every 20 minutes, take a 20-second break, and you take that break by looking 20 feet away or more. Look out the window for 20 seconds, or alternatively just close your eyes and count to 20. That will relax the eye muscle that is spending all its time focusing up close and give it a breather, and then you can come back into it again.

5. Mindful listening: Listening with your ears can give it a rest after a long time of hearing loud noises. Listening to music after a long day can help you relax. Just put up some uplifting tunes that will boost up your mood in minutes (or even seconds!).
