Sammy’s Woodfire Pizza

Sammy’s Woodfire Pizza

Project Information

Situated at the heart of Green Valley Parkway and Pebble Road, this restaurant brings an elevated dining experience to the surrounding community, complementing the mix of office buildings and residential areas. By introducing a sophisticated yet approachable venue, the restaurant serves as a vibrant gathering place for both neighborhood residents and office workers, enriching the area with a fresh sense of energy and allure. Warm wood elements envelop the walls around the bar, echoing the wood used in authentic pizza ovens, while sleek metal accents subtly nod to the iron grills often associated with barbecuing. Faux stone walls, both inside and out, evoke the rustic charm of the centuries-old stone ovens historically used to craft pizzas, grounding the restaurant’s modern aesthetic in timeless tradition.

Tenaya Creek Restaurant

Tenaya Creek Restaurant

Project Information

Tenaya Creek Restaurant and Brewery is a vibrant and dynamic destination that seamlessly caters to both families and adults, offering a lively yet welcoming atmosphere. The design creates an experience that balances energy with comfort, setting the tone for a space that is both engaging and approachable. In the bar area, stone walls, wood floors, exposed ceiling trusses, and expansive glass walls combine to create a bright, open environment that encourages social interaction and celebration. Meanwhile, the dining room provides a quieter, more subdued ambiance with its use of softer finishes and an intimate layout, offering guests a relaxed space to savor their meals.

To further enhance the atmosphere, thoughtful architectural elements were incorporated to refine the balance between light and intimacy. Metal sunshades were carefully positioned to diffuse natural light, while lower ceilings, carpeting, and faux-finished walls in the dining area create a cozy, intimate retreat from the bustling energy of the bar. For private events and special gatherings, the space includes a versatile party area, elegantly separated by wood and glass folding doors that remain cleverly concealed within the walls when not in use. This feature ensures the flexibility to accommodate different guest needs without compromising the overall aesthetic.

One of the standout features of Tenaya Creek is its brewery centerpiece: functioning brew vats beautifully clad in gleaming copper and encased in glass, allowing patrons to view the brewing process as they enjoy their meals or drinks. This captivating design element not only celebrates the craft of brewing but also serves as a testament to the venue’s commitment to quality and authenticity. Whether guests come for the vibrant bar scene, a quiet dinner, or a private celebration, Tenaya Creek Restaurant and Brewery offers a thoughtfully crafted environment that perfectly blends energy, sophistication, and charm.
