Proteins, why do we need them? The hype now a day is protein diet, less carbs. Every celebrity is talking in same manner, while it does not bother or it does bother us. We are not celebrities that can follow this diets right? But what is important is we need to know what it is then we can decide.
What are exactly Proteins? To begin with proteins are Protein is found throughout the body—in muscle, bone, skin, hair, and virtually every other body part or tissue. Proteins are made up of amino acids and while we can make some amino acids in our body some we cannot. Yes, we are not super humans so we need some amino acids from outside to make essential proteins they are essential amino acids. Meaning some amino acids are available like common Hindi movies while others we have to find outside like Hollywood movies.
Many vegetarians may not like this but most of these amino acids are easily found in meat fish poultry, for vegetarians this has to be found and supplemented by varied diet which might be difficult task. So vegetarians should focus on how to have these proteins.
But Non-vegetarians don’t just order chicken right away, we need to remember that eating any meat is not as good because red meat increases chances of heart diseases and other diseases so we need to choose high-protein food choices like protein sources like fish, chicken, beans, or nuts in place of red meat (including processed red meat) which can lower the risk of several diseases and premature death. There were many clinical researches which concluded that eating low carbohydrate high protein diet form healthy sources prevent many diseases. Weight loss achieved by being on high protein diet does not only reduce weight but, also causes improvements in blood lipids and blood pressure. In terms of the amount of protein consumed, there’s evidence that eating a high-protein diet may be beneficial for the heart, as long as the protein comes from a healthy source.
So where do we find them?
But stay away from products that are processed and are just fade in market for muscle building they might contain steroids which are harmful, that we will chat next time.
